Platinum Hotel & Spa is shared between a hotel and privately owned suites like ours. Booking with us is the best value with all the same resort amenities. Plus you get the advertised unit.

You will have exclusive access to the entire suite. You will also have shared access to the hotel amenities including:

Platinum Hotel & Spa is a 100% smoke-free property except for smoking sections marked outside. Smoking or vaping in any suite or balcony will result in a $800 charge to the credit card on file.

The hotel requires a credit card at check-in for incidentals. The hotel will charge $50 per day for incidentals with a maximum of $250. The deposit will be refunded after check-out. This is purely for incidentals and purchases to the suite. (It may take several business days for the bank to process the refund).

Other things to note
★ The primary guest must be 21 years or older to check into the hotel.
★ The front desk will require the name on your reservation to match the name EXACTLY on your I.D. for check-in.
★ Daily housekeeping is not an included service. For example, bath towels will only be available for the number of guests listed. It's important to note that our suite does not include daily housekeeping. While daily housekeeping is not included, we do offer an optional mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee. If you would like to schedule a cleaning during your stay, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you.
★ The suite is privately owned so the hotel will not provide hotel items such as pack-n-plays, rollaway beds, etc. So please keep in mind the suite does not have these items and the hotel will not provide them.
General Notes:
★ Please contact the Host if there are any issues. Platinum Hotel & Spa is not responsible for any cleaning requests or any toiletries, towels, or service to the suite.
★ Early check-in is $35. Late check-out must be communicated in advance(at least 24 hours before check-out) and approved. Additionally, there will be an additional $45 for late checkout up until 1:00 PM when availability allows.
★ Reporting service issues: If a hotel engineer work order is necessary to address the reported issue, we will inform you. If the engineer determines that the guest caused the problem, a charge of $150 will be applied. Additionally, if the guest does not grant access to the engineer after requesting service and a work order has been created, a charge of $250 will be incurred.
★ If the Host is contacted by Platinum security or the Las Vegas Police about occupancy violations, smoking of any kind, loud or disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or any behavior that compromises the safety of others or our property, we will cancel the reservation without a refund.
