What a lovely review — thank you! We're so glad our Victorian gem hit every mark for your group!. Glad the entry was easy and our team was quick to help when needed. We'd love to welcome you back to Ouray again! :) -Erika

Thank you for staying with us, and we’re glad the home was clean and worked well for your group, with town an easy walk away. We’re truly sorry about the beds, though. Nobody should end up on the window seat, and hearing that everyone woke up sore is exactly the kind of feedback we need. We’ve shared it with the owner so the mattresses can get a close look. We also apologize that the trash bags and laundry supplies weren’t stocked for your arrival, and we’re tightening up our restocking checks so the next group doesn’t run into the same thing. We appreciate your honesty and would love the chance to give you a better night’s sleep next time!

Thank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your group of 10 had such a great stay and enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. It sounds like you made the most of your time exploring Telluride, Silverton, and Ridgway, and we’re especially happy to hear that Ouray was your favorite home base! We also really appreciate the thoughtful suggestions, especially coming from fellow STR owners. The kind of details you pointed out are incredibly helpful. We’ve reviewed the guest binder information and have corrected the Wi-Fi codes and trash-day information so guests have accurate instructions. We’ve also addressed the kitchen barstool and are working through the other items you mentioned, including airflow and window screens, additional hooks and hangers, and making the many light switches easier to identify. We understand how helpful those small conveniences can be, particularly for a larger group during a warm-weather stay. Thank you for taking the time to share such practical feedback and help us make the home even better for future guests. We’re so glad you had a great time in Ouray, and we’d love to welcome you and your group back again!
