The property is lovely and the host was exceptionally helpful. The only issue we had was something we have never encountered on VRBO before. There were only a few drawers available to us and no closet space. In lieu of that we had a few hangers on a device outside of the closet. That was a bit annoying but otherwise the property and host were excellent.

Stunning Views from every window

Great place and location

Easy to access and great communication from owner. Lots of rooms and everything you need for cooking. Walking distance to reasturants and shops. Would diffenty stay there again

Absolutely Beautiful!

Fantastic place in a beautiful and convenient location. Surrounded by water views in all directions. Steve and Susan were also very responsive and helpful. My family and I would be eager to stay there again!

Family time Kennebunkport

We loved our stay at Steve and Susan’s in Kennebunkport. The place itself was charming and extremely comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out and the owners have thought of everything to enjoy your stay. We are looking forward to our next visit here. Thank you Steve and Susan!

Location, Location, Location

Perfect for walking everywhere - food, shopping, beach - it was all walkable. There are a lot of steps up to the condo as well, so lots of exercise!

Perfect location

We had a lovely week in Kennebunkport. The location was perfect. Easy walk to every restaurant and a great little coffee shop. Grilled out a couple of nights on the patio. It was great. Thanks so much!

Perfect Stay in Fantastic Kennebunkport

Steve's condo was the perfect place to stay on our first visit to the Kennebunkport area. The location is amazing -- convenient to everything and alleviates any need to deal with parking hassles in the bustling downtown area. The condo is bright, airy, spacious and well appointed, with a stunning sun room and several outdoor deck spaces with wonderful views. We loved every minute and can't wait to return.

Amazing

What a wonderful vacation in this beautiful, spacious and immaculate condo! The location is perfect. It is on the river with water views from every room and steps from Dock Square with the shops and restaurants. We hope to make this a mid-winter getaway tradition!

Fantastic Vacation

This was one of the best family vacations my family has had. The property owners went above and beyond during challenging times to follow the rules around a clean and safe environment. Their condo is beautiful and welcoming. Location was perfect and amazing memories were made.

Family get away

We loved our visit! It is an amazing location and the property is beautiful. It was plenty roomy for our family and we walked to everything we wanted to do! Can’t wait to do it again. The pictures don’t do it justice☺️

Christmas holiday

This is lovely place. Our family of 8 adults and 2 small children enjoyed the great location. It was a treat that it was decorated for the holidays. We so loved looking at the lights of Kennebunkport. We would rent this place again. Steve is so easy to reach an a joy to work with.

Family reunion in Kennebunk

My family and I had a wonderful time at this waterfront property. We loved the numerous decks with water views and the large combined kitchen/dining/family room was great for family gatherings. The location was also excellent - an easy walk into town for many activities. In addition, communication with the host was very easy, and we really appreciated having access to a beach parking pass. Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly eoyed the property. We combined two different units for a total of five bedrooms accommodating 9 total guest. There was plenty of room for all of us in multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. The location is excellent, outside of the Kennebunport traffic, but within easy walking distance of all of the port amenities. We highly recommend the place and the owners for a visit to the Kennebunks.

Christmas Prelude weekend

This property is fantastic. We stayed for the Christmas Prelude weekend and the accommodations and proximity to all the restaurants and festivities were great. Bonus to have a spectacular fireworks display right in front of the condo! We will be back in the summer to utilize all the decks on this property. This wonderful rental has it all. On the river and close to town!

Truly loved our stay in this spacious condo. As if the bedrooms and living areas weren’t enough, with views from every room, the added porch and decks put this place over the top (loved the porch and gas stove). It was so convenient and quite a treat being able to walk to town so easily. We also took advantage of being on the river and brought our kayaks (dock was perfect for easy access). Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Maine getaway with the girls

There were six of us that went away for the weekend. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the sun room. The hosts supply everything that you could possibly need. They were great to interact with prior to arrival and gave great instructions for the home. We would love to come back!

Excellent

Property was beautiful and the pictures were accurate. It was roomy and comfortable and had a number of very good sitting areas. Steve could not have been better to deal with, both responsive and flexible, and a good source of restaurant and other local info. The views over the water were very nice and the walk into Kennebunkport took only 6 or 7 minutes. Hurricane, Morning in Paris for coffee and croissants and Rococos for ice cream were our local favorites.

Spectacular Views

I have traveled to Maine for 21 years and am so happy to have found this gem. The Penthouse was fabulous. A peaceful place to sit and watch the events of Kennebunkport. Each morning, even in the rain, the Quintessential town is alive. From having breakfast at "Mornings in Paris" to sitting on the sunporch in front of the gas fireplace enjoying the views of the ever changing tide made the perfect vacation. The views from the open living room, dining room area are spectacular. The master bedroom is very comfortable with it's own sun porch. As we drove away my only thought was - how soon could I return!
