Spinnaker Suite 301 is on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

Beautiful clean place but bring ear plugs
Beautiful, clean and convenient with door codes and elevator. Right in the heart of the action of Wrightsville Beach. Bring ear plugs to muffle the street noise and people below and you will be just fine.

Spring Break
Overall, great unit. Great location…right on the beach and dining within walking distance. Unfortunately, the great location can come with loud nights. I know that’s out of the owner’s hands, but something to note.

The location was in the middle of the action, at the beach and steps from great restaurants. The property was very nice, well furnished and we really enjoyed the balcony. The only caution is that the parties in nearby houses and along the busy street went on well into the morning hours, making sleep difficult. That may have been because of the holiday weekend. Great stay, we would come again!

The property manager was very helpful.

I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The property was perfect for two people. It was exactly as described. It was convenient to the beach and shops. However, the houses across the street were full of LOUD people who stayed up ALL night on the porch. Once the police were called about a fight that broke out in the street.

Everything we needed
The property was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed with the exception of laundry detergent. Our email said two dishwasher pods and two laundry pods would be provided but I couldn’t find any laundry pods anywhere. No big deal. The bathroom sink drained a little slowly. Bed was comfortable but pillows were more like puffs of air. The layout of the suite was excellent with a place for everything. Furniture was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Property was clean and proximity to the beach was great; quality of the property was just OK and lacked some basic amenities in the kitchen (e.g., sufficient bowls, containers for leftovers, aluminum foil, etc.) and bedding was of lower quality than expected (e.g., pillows, blankets, mattress). Otherwise, the interior was dated yet serviceable for a weekend near the beach.

301 was very clean, which every condo that we have stayed in, which are several, are always very clean. Very comfortable and close to several restaurants. The South Beach Grill had EXCELLENT flounder!! The beach view is great, also great for people watching!
