Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
Seahawk Suite 303 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Nice place and close to the beach. Building has a good parking area and secured entry.

Great location

The condo was nice and what we expected, W/D is always a plus. The location is excellent, and the beach was beautiful and right by the life guard station which is great. Upon arrival our phone number code did not work, we had to use the lock box. It was dark and we had a flashlight, one of the keys was on the threshold to the unit, NOT in the lockbox. No hangers in the closet is a first for me at any place we have stayed. Dollar store helped with that issue. The last comment is that there was a prepackaged food kit and an Amazon package, by the elevator in the entrance for our entire stay. Someone should at least trash the food and be kind to contact Amazon regarding the package. I know this is not the units issue, but an issue with the condo association.

Amazing location, perfect for small family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quaint little condo with a great view and large balcony. Furnishings are a bit dated, but the amazing location makes up for it ten fold! Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, and right on the beach access. Perfect place for a couple or small family. We will definitely be returning!

Seahawk Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location hands down a favorite area! With steps to the beach and a pool for the property that was a huge bonus along with a favorite WB restaurant Tower 7 and coffee shop, The Workshop! The place could use some updates in the bathroom.
