Great Stay

We had a great stay here in Coco. The condo has everything you need for cooking and relaxing and the sunset views are great. It’s a quick walk to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood.

We stayed 14 nights. From the moment I showed interest until the day we left Rich Coast was great. They were responsive, coordinated our arrival/departure transportation as well as our golf cart rental for the week. Coco Sunset Hills is a beautiful property and our unit was great. Everything we needed. Awesome front covered deck, steps to one of the pools, great BBQ grill and minutes from anything we needed. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable beds with extra linen if needed. I would absolutely stay again.

Great location, great view!

Excellent choice for the area, the view is fabulous (especially from the upper balcony), the veranda is fantastic. TV and wi-fi if you need it, all good. We've stayed in a few properties within this development and this property is a deal for sure.

very good

This is our second year with Rich Coast. They have been very good to deal with and whenever asked a question it was answered. The units are very well equipped with all cooking utensils you will need and any other amenities. We have booked again for next year and looking forward to it .

The condo was clean and well-stocked for cooking, and the view was amazing. The property managers were wonderful - they arranged a boat trip for us, found and returned an item we had left behind in our transportation from the airport, and gave us an amazing tip for a place to get great seafood. We would definitely return there.

Perfect Vacation Condo

I’ve stayed at this condo for a 1 week vacation and a month stay and both times were perfect. It has everything you need for a short or long stay - full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, surprisingly powerful shower and the comfiest beds and couches. The ocean views are fantastic, I hung out on the balcony for many of my sunsets there. The many pools at the complex are also gorgeous and surprisingly quiet. It’s an easy walk to town and I always felt safe walking back knowing security is there 24/7. I can’t recommend this place enough - it’s the perfect Coco getaway.

Coco sunset hills

Great location. 5 min walk to beach. Ocean view. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication with staff was excellent using what’s app. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one thinking of going to playa de coco.

The condo was fantastic, exactly as described. The location was excellent. Restaurants, grocery stores and the beach are all within walking distance. We walked down to the beach at night with the beach chairs and travel mugs that were supplied and watched the spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need. Tupperware, pots, pans, serving dishes, juice jugs, even a milk frother! Beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and sheets. The view from the top balcony is beautiful, we had our coffee out there every morning. Communication with property management was great, they answered all our questions quickly and were there if we needed any help. We organized a rental car with them that was dropped off and picked up right at the property which was super convient and we also booked a tour through them as well. Highly recommend this property

June stay

We loved this property. It was very safe with the gated door. The condo was clean and spacious. Lots of things to cook with (just no oil so maybe grab some for less sticking). The beach chairs were such an awesome addition to have so we didn’t have to worry about just laying on towels at the beach! Jennifer was really communicative and responded promptly whenever we had questions. Overall such a great place to stay! I would definitely go back.

Great, with some room to improve

Pros:The property and location are wonderful - great view from the balcony Convenient shopping close byThe kitchen is a good size and very well equippedplenty of amenities for the beach were provided alsoCons:Dishes and bathrooms weren’t very clean on moving inHot water was sketchy - often we had to wash dishes and shower with lukewarm or cold water*Not the fault of the property, but we also experienced water, electricity and Internet outages

Great view

Great view and location. Great sunsets off the upper deck! Property managers always responded when there was issues. The place was some what dated and not clean when we arrived. We did have problems with hot water and the washing machine. They were nice enough to extend our checkout time because of these problems.

Richard, we're sorry to see your 3* review. Just to add some color from our perspective: When you arrived, our team was finishing cleaning due to a water and power outage the day before your arrival. Our team confirmed the washer was working fine and even sent a video to help with the operation. The hot water was simply a tripped breaker but, given that we were not permitted to provide any assistance during your stay, there was no much we could do to help you. We would have loved to help resolve these issues for you. Pura Vida!

Pleasant surprise.

We were very pleased to see how well the kitchen was stocked with all the plates dishes glasses mugs utensils, pots and pans, a BBQ does really does work, pool noodles. They even had a few spices for cooking. Very happy with our experience 5 star rating There was only 1 tiny glitch. The key for the gate by the fountain did not work for us so had to make sure we went with our friends at the same time. Could have used the main gate but very convenient.

One month in Playa Coco

The property is beautiful and and well cared for. Two biggest problem we had was a built-in brick bbq downstairs under our deck. It’s part of the property. A guy burned wood that he collected to bbq with. Smoked up the whole area with thick smoke. It happened 4 times at sunset. The neighbors and us had to go in for two hours for the smoke to clear. The other is the AC in the master bedroom. It Ran between 78/76 degrees until morning then it got to 73 degrees. I had brought an humidity and degrees thermometer. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
