Our property manager Corby was very quick in response. The check-in was seamless . LOCATION ! Fantastic. Price and as great ! It was just my boyfriend and I it was a perfect space for us .it was a 10 minute walk to the downtown Cocoa Beach area where all the food and live entertainment on the beach, we rented a golf cart, which made it even more fun and easy to get around highly recommend doing that.! the pools at the condo were much bigger than the picture. Absolutely loved it, we had access to the beach club. We use that two times in the week of our stay such a fun spot right on the beach, great hospitality great food and drinks.. The condo itself was up to date , very clean , bed was comfy . Small view to the pool, but it was enough to be a little bit tucked away from hearing the kids at the pool. I would definitely be back and stay at this unit , it definitely exceeded our expectations. We loved the fact that it was literally a five minute walk to the grocery store which we used quite a few times in the week .It was a perfect stay if it’s just two adults is everything we needed only recommendation. I wish there was just a bit more of the essentials tucked away in the cabinetry like coffee for the morning.We will be back!

Took an impromptu trip here since our friend was staying nearby and we didn’t want to impose on their vacation. Pacifico L0808 was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, and a perfect place for us to catch up with our friend.I enjoyed waking up and having my coffee out on the balcony. The pool was wonderful, as was the beach club and cocktails. The walk to town is easy peasy and the surroundings are quite peaceful.I’ll be back next time to stay longer.

What a place! I had a difficult flight to get there but it was so relaxing once I arrived. It’s actually perfect for a getaway. Everything was impeccable and the host left a great guidebook for places to visit and eat while I was there. It’s was quiet and so enjoyable. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. The condo is absolutely beautiful and I cannot recommend it enough. I will be back and plan to spend more time in this part of Costa Rica. It can’t be missed!

Everything about this rental is 12/10. From the very first communication, booking, follow up, assistance and response rate you just could not ask for more. The property manager Corby even helped us book a rental and coordinated our arrival time. The rental and property are simply exceptional. The pools and services are clean, well kept and convenient. The complex provides good security with a manned gate. The unit itself is stylish, updated, comfortable and has every amenity you could want - looks exactly like the pictures. So clean and well organized including kitchen supplies. The condo is QUIET - the only time you hear any noise outside the complex including construction is when you park the car. The deck is an awesome place to get out of the sun and having the roll down sun shade is so nice. We have stayed at Pacifico previously and like this location better than immediately poolside. There can be lots of activity and noise from happy vacationers that this location minimizes. You have a pool view without the direct noise. Having the grocery store right on site is great as well. We walked to the beach and restaurants - probably a 10 min walk? It’s as sleepy or as active as you choose. We would absolutely rent this unit again. Corby was so accommodating and helpful - she is an awesome property manager. Thanks so much!
