Or, with a bus stop conveniently located just 1 block from home, catch a ride to further explore the area's family-friendly attractions.

The spacious condo pairs an open floor plan with beautiful ocean views. Spend time lounging on your large wraparound deck that overlooks the surf and sand. Sip refreshing beverages at the shaded four-person dining table or sunbathe in one of four loungers. Large windows invite natural light and picturesque views into the living area. Relax with a good book or watch favorite shows on the TV. After the chef in your group prepares meals in the modern kitchen, dine at the sunlit table that seats four.

Tandem parking is available in the garage for two medium-sized vehicles. No large vehicles.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
