Sunday to Sunday bookings for Summer Season (June-Mid August) 2 night minimum (non-summer season)
Fall in love with this luxury 3000+ sq ft home- featuring 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Two full decks also give you plenty of extra room to enjoy the outdoors. Sitting as close to the water as possible allows you to be able to enjoy the lake and the breathtaking views of nature. Private 2-story dock on year round sheltered cove water for playing fun off the dock on a main channel with a covered slip and large sundeck. This home is in the highly desirable Big Creek area due to some of the clearest waters and proximity to 3 popular marinas, Sequoyah, Whitman Hollow and Stardust.
Entering the main level you will be treated to a gorgeous view out the great room window and a cozy fireplace for those chilly fall and winter nights. Plenty of seating for gathering together and large TV for movies or your favorite sports game. The large kitchen will be a dream to cook in and prepare meals together. 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, gas cooktop, farm sink, microwave, coffee station (drip & Keurig), granite counters. Off the kitchen is the laundry room which hosts the 2nd refrigerator and washer & dryer. A half bath is located off the kitchen as well.
Seating your large group for meals will not be a problem with a large dining table seating 14-16 plus 4 counter stools. There is outdoor dining on the main deck plus conversational seating with fire feature table and gas grill.
The master bedroom is on the main level with a large shower, double vanities and spacious closet. The lower level has 4 bedrooms- one lakefront King suite and two rooms with Queen plus twin/twin bunks and one with 2 full/full bunks. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The lower level gathering area will comfortably allow seating and TV viewing with a chalkboard wall for fun. Step out onto the lower deck and enjoy more conversational seating and outdoor ping pong table and lighted hot tub.
There is free satellite high speed internet. Use of wifi calling is still recommended.
Enjoy the beauty of the lake and mountains any season of the year. Take a day trip to Knoxville or Gatlinburg. Golf courses and hiking trails around the lake and ATV parks nearby (Royal Blue and Brimstone). Plenty of shopping for groceries and necessary items in LaFollette/Jacksboro. This is a NON-SMOKING home. Minimum age 26 years to rent. If this is a corporate event, please reach out to us for consideration. No pets allowed. Service dogs are allowed but must be declared and certified. Rates are only accurate 12 months out.

Bachelorette weekend was AMAZING

I had all my closest friends here for my bachelorette and we had the BEST time. Everyone was so stunned at how clean the house was. Seriously I don’t think I would have been able to find any dirt! They let us in a few hours early since we were traveling from Kentucky driveway is definitely steep and a smaller suv had trouble getting up but overall amazing place to stay and amazing resources on the lake!

Annual Family vacation

Southern Breeze is a great property ! Extremely clean, well appointed and well equipped. The two level doc with a slide was fantastic for our boat as well as kids and family enjoyment. The only draw back was the incline of the driveway and path to the lake as it is extremely steep ! Navigable, but a challenge for elderly or small children. But very satisfied overall !

Perfection!

I booked this property at the beginning of the year for a group of girlfriends to have some much needed catch up time! This property was everything I dreamed of for this gathering. Gorgeous views, clean interior, amenities galore and a double decker dock that was absolutely perfect for soaking up sun and laughing with friends! The kitchen is huge and inviting, the deck was great for early morning coffee and late night beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are already talking about coming back! The reviews about the steep driveway are accurate but no one had any issues getting in or out. I have no negative feedback. Amy and Ed are crushing the vacation rental game! Thanks for providing us with a beautiful space to make memories.

Beautiful House / Extremely Steep driveway

House was wonderful. Driveway not so much. I have seen the other reviews mentioning the steep driveway and did not think much of it. Only vehicle that we had that could handle the driveway with ease had all wheel drive. My new mini van could not make it up without spinning the tires going forward, had to back up in order to get out. When time to leave we used the AWD vehicle to move the gear and people. Driveway is not easy for the elderly walking up or down. The house itself was well equipped, very clean and very comfortable for our group of 16. We spent Thanksgiving weekend at the house - The Dual Ovens, Dual Dishwashers, and Dual Refrigerators were a definite plus. I would consider staying here again, but bring AWD vehicle.

Beautiful Lake Home

My siblings and our spouses all stayed at the lake house for our yearly vacation together. The house is big and very nice!! Loved the two levels of decks overlooking the lake. The kitchen is BIG with two dishwashers, two ovens, and more than enough tableware!! The tables (inside and out) were more than big enough for the 8 of us!! There's a double deck dock and we rented a pontoon boat for a day and explored the lake. The only real downside was the slope of the land. People aren't kidding when they say the driveway is steep!! I had to close my eyes when my hubby drove us down it. And the walkway down to the dock was serious. Several of my family members have a few health issues or are a little overweight and they were only able to navigate it just the once. It really kept us from enjoying the dock/lake. It was not just hard to go up, but also down it's so steep. And yes, almost all of the houses around the lake are the same!! But we didn't go out exploring the area because no one wanted to drive in/out of the driveway again. And the terrain was too steep to walk around. Highly recommend this house to anyone who doesn't mind the steepness of the land!!

This home is beautiful with the most amazing view! It is very clean and well stocked organized and not cluttered. Big Creek is my favorite area on Norris lake and it is very close to the Big Creek Slalom course for some of our more competitive family members. The driveway is steep and a front wheel or 4 wheel car/truck would be nice but there is parking up by the road. The walk down to the water is much better than most of the homes on Norris Lake and I didn't find it to be difficult (I am 62). We were drawn to this home for the location and the extraordinary view, and it did not dissappoint.

Beautiful Home & Gorgeous Views!

We had an excellent time at this property! The house is gorgeous and very clean. Dock on the water has a slide that was fun for all ages and a covered slip for your boat. Be careful of the steep driveway and steep climb to the dock. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great family vacation

Beautiful home on perfect spot of the lake. Gorgeous view and very peaceful. Owners are great to work with - quick to respond and very helpful. Very steep driveway, typical for the area if you want that beautiful view! Walkway to water is also very steep, too steep for my 80 yr old dad. He enjoyed watching from the beautiful deck though. Very nice dock for kids to slide and jump. We enjoyed being there, thank you for sharing your home :)

Amazing!

This property was beautiful! Easy check in process, very clean, plenty of space for groups of family/friends, quiet neighborhood and very quiet part of the lake. The only bad things about the property were the slope down to the dock and the Wi-Fi. The concrete path down to the dock was very steep and could be difficult for older people and others. It was somewhat difficult to take things from the house to the dock, like coolers, lake toys, etc. The Wi-Fi was down most of our stay. However, this wasn’t a con for me since it gave my family some much needed time without cell service/Wi-Fi access but I could see it being a problem for anyone trying to work remotely or something. Overall, I loved this property! I definitely plan on staying again! I would highly recommend this property to anyone with kids, large groups/families! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there is plenty to keep you having fun! My kids LOVED drawing with chalk on the big chalkboard wall!

Lake house

Had a good time, view is great, amenities were nice, so nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. The dock was not attached to the stairs made it difficult to access the dock but not a big deal.

really enjoyed how new and fresh it was, well stocked and the double dishwashers and double ovens were so helpful. Driveway definitely needs 4 wheel. View and double decks were perfect

Lovely Stay

We had a great long weekend at Norris. We have stayed in many houses around the Big Creek area and this one might be our new favorite. We were impressed with how well equipped this property is for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked, there is an icemaker in the basement, and having two ovens and two dishwashers is a game changer. We really loved the downstairs bedroom set up, with each bedroom having it's own full ensuite bathroom. The drive way and ramp down to the dock are STEEEEEP this is to be expected with most Norris homes, but we really felt like we got our workout in going from the dock to the house. The only thing we felt that was missing was a long outdoor dining table to eat our meals outside and enjoy the view.

Long Weekend

There were 12 of us that stayed at this beautiful home last weekend. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The water was perfect, the pier was great. The steep climb from the house to the pier gave us some great exercise!! Loved our stay here!
