Nice place but very loud!

The property was clean and cute. Very loud though- lots of construction and no AC.

We were very sorry you did not have a 5-star experience staying at our place, we make every effort to ensure all guests are comfortable as our other reviews show. It was unfortunate there is nearby construction in Avila Beach. We too will be happy when the project wraps up. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider a Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals property on your next visit to Avila Beach.

Nice get away

Took advantage of a friends wedding to plan a family vacation. The location was perfect for daily walks on the beach. The house was clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio that was connected to the kitchen. The roof deck was very nice but we really didn’t take advantage of it….

Beach house

What a great place to stay. 1 minute walk to the beach. Clean and confortable. The only thing for us was that our car did not fit in the garage and parking during the day on the street was tough. We made it work just fine. After 5 parking frees up.

At check in the fan in the master bedroom was broken. You had 2 agents on site and they explained the issue and and said they would address it. They left a stand alone portable upright fan and we were under the impression it would be fixed during our stay. Never heard back from anyone and as you know it was a hot week and the master is on the 2nd floor witch got very hot… 88 degrees. Not sure why there is thermostat when the unit has no a/c. Instructions for the trash cans were a bit confusing and although they state host would put cans out on street I didn’t find who was to bring them back in after p/u. Some units seem to be left outside and others were in the garage. Overall we had a nice stay however and would recommend seven sisters to our friends

Scam

Beautiful property, but be prepared to loose your deposit. When you check out they will find some reason to take some or all of your deposit. They sent us a picture of a clump of dog hair on the entryway stairs and charged for “excessive dog hair”, not pet friendly. Management company, reeks of bait and switch tactics.

Indoor-Outdoor Living, 1 block from the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Life Is A Breeze is a spacious and comfortable condo with the of windows and sliding doors making indoor-outdoor living easy. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds and sofa (larger and better than in the pictures) are comfortable and bedroom closets are very spacious. There are 3 deck areas, but none offer a view of the beach or ocean despite being only 1 block away; that is a disappointment. The rooftop kitchen is a great spot (beware the blue chairs which are very weathered and falling apart).Communication with Seven Sisters Properties, prior to our arrival, was challenging (the automated phone tree seems to send you to a black hole where messages aren’t retrieved) but communication with staff once we checked in was great! Avila Beach is quiet, small and offers a wonderful vacation spot. We would definitely return to Life’s A Breeze again!

Wonderful Avila Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked a last minute trip to the beach and so glad we did! The condo was perfect for our needs and as described. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We came during an October heatwave and the large slider doors, in addition to the provided tower fan, helped keep the condo comfortable during the day. My only recommendation is providing a garage door clicker and/or set of keys (installation of a key pad?) to the front door. It was a little inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open/close the garage but didn’t hinder our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Great condo close to beautiful Avila Beach

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable 3 beach days and this condo was key in that experience. The space was clean, comfortable and we really liked the open feeling (porch off both sides of the living area). We'd definitely rent again.
