The condo was 15 minutes from Broadway. Everything in the condo is first rate, not cheap stuff. Had a very nice stay with family here. Very nice recommendation from the host of the Mexican restaurant Blanco Cocina and Catina for my daughters 21st birthday.Overall, a great trip.

This property met every expectation. It was as pictured and it was wonderful. We were here to wind up my brothers affairs and it was perfect. The owner was accommodating in every way and could not have been more helpful and understanding. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I’m not sure where to begin. The ad states a luxury condo. If you’re not familiar with East Nashville, this is not a good area. There were hookers walking up and own the street. Otherwise, the condo itself was nice. All of the condos seem to be short term rentals. Lots of young people partying. The bathroom floors needed a good cleaning. The main reason I’m taking the time to write this review is a lack of regard by the host for the health of the renters. There was a horrible smell when we entered. After searching for the cause, we found the vents in the stove top smelt terrible. However the smell was coming from further up in the vent system. I believe an animal died in the vent from the roof. It was obvious someone else had tried to remove the vent cover to find the problem. The host did not seem interested in a remedy. After 2 days, we developed respiratory issues and requested to cancel. We only received 30% of our payment back for the weekdays we didn’t stay. There was no apology or any response of any kind from the host. I believe they knew about the problem in advance of our stay. Now 12 days out My wife is just getting past a sinus infection from the stay. Terrible experience.

Keith, I am truly sorry to see this review, as I feel it does not accurately reflect the way the situation was handled. East Nashville is one of Nashville’s most sought after areas, known for its independent restaurants, chef driven dining, festivals, art galleries, and vibrant local culture. Many guests specifically choose this area because of everything it has to offer. Regarding the odor, when you first brought it to my attention, I responded immediately and offered to either have the cleaning crew return or send someone out to investigate right away. You responded that you were washing the filters and asked that I not send anyone at that time. The next day when you let me know the smell was still bothering you and asked if I would refund the remaining nights, I immediately agreed and contacted VRBO so they could process the refund. I take great pride in being a fair, responsive, and engaged owner, and I genuinely care about every guest’s experience. After you left, I immediately had the issue inspected. It was discovered that a bird had gotten into the stove vent. We had a professional company remove it, disinfect the area, and complete a full duct cleaning. We have not had any issues since. I wish your review had more accurately reflected the communication, responsiveness, and resolution provided. This is a family run business, and reviews matter deeply to us. We always do our best to address any concern quickly, fairly, and professionally.

Superb Nashville Accommodations

This is a fabulous condo. Everything in is high end and up-market. It's tastefully decorated and there's plenty of space. Our party of eight was easily accommodated in three big bedrooms, each with a chic bathroom. The hosts were super quick to respond to my (late hour)questions by text and it was clear that they care dearly for the space. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Overall nice place. Party complex with lots of rentals. On 2nd floor so could hear rental unit on 3rd floor. You don’t want to stay here if you want to sleep. Heard the group above us every night 3:30 to 4:30 after bars closed.

Great location, close to downtown

Upon arrival the code to the building did not work. Luckily, someone let us in. Owner was quick to respond with a solution code. TV in the living room did not work, also had a hornet nest on the balcony. Cleaning people came to fix the hornet nest, but we went without the TV because we didn't feel comfortable calling the person to get it fixed. Main bathroom had flushing issue with no plunger. Space was wonderful and very accommodating for our family of 5 adults. TV's in each bedroom gave opportunity for everyone to have their own space when needed. Bathrooms were wonderful and offered in shower supplies. A list of local restaurants and grocery would be helpful. Quick communication with owner was greatly appreciated!

Beautiful condo with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay at Sage. Communication with Sally was great. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Electronic locks on main building entrance and condo door worked great for ease of entry and security. The only negative comments I have are things outside the hosts control. The noise from the roadway and from upstairs is significant, but reading previous reviews prepared us for that. There is also a fire station close by and they were busy while we were there. The parking spots are a little tight. We used handicap spot #2 for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. Spot #1 handicap is unusable in my opinion because it is right against the walkway and would somewhat block building access for guests. We also witnessed multiple cars parking in the handicap loading/unloading zone between the two handicap spaces. This is not a parking area as it is necessary for wheelchair users to access their vehicles. Maybe a sign stating such could be installed...not sure it would prevent it but it may help. Again, none of these concerns are the fault of the host and they wouldn't prevent us from staying at Sage again. Thank you Sally!!

East Side Bowl is bowling and bar food. The Wash and Hunters Station are fun places to explore and eat where there are multiple options. For vegans, head to Wild Cow, for amazing hotdogs check out I Dream of Weenie, enjoy Mexican at El Fuego, take out family Italian at Nicoletta, experience fine cuisine and cocktails at Lockeland Table, Lou, or Butcher and the Bee, brunch at Hearts, and finally, enjoy burgers at The Pharmacy. You`ll also be minutes from Kroger, Publix and Walmart. Additionally it`s only 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville, 5 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills mall, and just a quick 15 minute drive from the airport.
