We had a great stay in Nashville for a bachelorette party. The property is around 10-15 minutes away from Broadway which was super convenient. Very clean, modern and felt comfortable staying there.

The home was very nice and only a short Uber to Broadway. It was surface clean but could use a deep clean - duvet and pillows had stains, skillets were scratched up. Overall it was a good place for us to stay for a long weekend!

This was a great location. We ubered easily to Broadway and other places. The house was perfect for the 3 couples. We loved everything about our stay! Attention to detail in decor and whole Nashville vibe was amazing. I enjoyed being far enough away from Broadway and having peace and quiet after a long day/night partying on Broadway. Highly recommend this property for your Nashville stay.

Had a lovely stay! They let us check in early and late and it made our trip so much smoother! Than only thing would be cleanliness- the ceilings and fans were a bit dusty as well as some crumbs in the pull away bed in couch. But over all would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Duke9! The private penthouse rooftop was incredible — the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening while enjoying the city lights. The newly redesigned interior is stunning — modern, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. Every detail made the space feel welcoming and luxurious. The location couldn’t be better — just a short 8-minute drive to downtown and Broadway, so we could enjoy all the excitement of Nashville but still come back to a quiet, comfortable place to rest. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!
