Gorgeous beachfront condo at Englewood Beach on Manasota Key

Beautifully renovated direct beachfront 2 bdrm/2 bath unit at the ever popular Boardwalk at Manasota Key complex. This unit is on the third floor with no elevator and requires stair climbing to access it. Stylish and updated with higher end furnishings, you will love this waterfront unit with three balconies! Chef's kitchen with induction range, w/d in unit, fully equipped for your beach getaway. Unit is appropriate for infants under 1 and children 10 and up due to some safety concerns. Saturday only check in/out in high season. Min age for renters is 25. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT USE RENTAL AGENTS, don’t fall for anyone saying they are acting as an agent for this property! Boardwalk has only 17 units so it is rarely crowded. Walk to restaurants/nightlife of Englewood Beach, 5-10 minute drive to major shopping areas and historic Dearborn St. 85 paces to the beach, tiki hut with grill area, paver patio and heated pool! Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided, along with beach towels. Paradise awaits!
Attn: This is a multi-level property; because the property is elevated, there are about six steps from the parking space, plus three shorter flights up to access the unit, and it is a two level unit as well. Guests who have trouble with stairs should be aware of the number of stairs required to access and enjoy this unit.

Trish, our host, was very welcoming and easy to work with! The condo is well appointed and immaculate! Steps away from the beach and the heated pool is perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation rental

We were highly impressed with everything in this condo. We had everything we needed and it being directly in the beach made for easy access. Our teen boys loved all the on beach fishing they got to do and caught many fish and a couple of sharks.

It was the best even though the storm chased us home. Our host went to extraordinary measures to make us comfortable!! The Boardwalk is beautiful and so easy to and from the beach. We will go back in a heartbeat! We were treated royally and felt like family with Trish!! God bless you!!

This home was a fantastic place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and the numerous amenities made our extended visit very enjoyable . Comfortable and peaceful with beach access and very pleasant surroundings . Walking distance to restaurants and a friendly community. The owners were very welcoming and we would love to return again

Great week!

We had a beautiful place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. The week’s weather was great. A little Red Tide, but went to pool instead of beach. The pool was as nice. Close enough to walk to restaurants!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for our wedding week! Trish was amazing to communicate with. The condo was perfect, and had everything we needed for the beach, and pool. Cleanliness is huge for me, and this condo was spotless. We will definitely be back! Wedding bliss is an understatement.

Paradise on Manasota Key, FL

We absolutely loved our stay in this Condo. Everything we needed was available for Bed, Bath, Kitchen, and a closet full of beach goodies including towels, chairs, floats and more! Very comfortable, like home away from home. Gorgeous views of the Gilf and close to all the best restaurants and activities. We even rented a boat from Allure and took an 8 hr tour on Lemon Bay. We always looked forward to our Condo at the end of a day on the beach or outing. Thank you Trish for sharing your beautiful condo! We will be back next summer!

ANOTHER EXCELLENT STAY!

I stayed here again in Feb 2024 with my best friend and then my husband. I'd stayed here in July 2023 and had no hesitation in returning. The condo is in excellent condition and fully stocked. I can't think of a thing we needed that was not available! Trish is very quick to respond to any texts. The location is AMAZING! Literally steps to the beach and the pool. Great beach to walk along and options meals within walking distance. We will be back!

Amazing Beach Front Condo

This was our first time staying on Manasota Key, and it did not disappoint. Even with the mornings of rain, every afternoon cleared up. The condo was in perfect condition and the owner, Trish, was very informative and easy to work with. The unit had everything week needed; way more supplies than any other condo we have ever stayed in. We hope to return in further years. Thank you for a great week!

Great property and management!

This is truly a hidden gem. Trish and her husband have thought of everything that you'd need for your stay and a well- stocked kitchen. This place was super clean. I'm one that looks at ratings prior to choosing my destination and was a bit hesitant to book this place. So if you're at all like me, don't be!! You won't regret it!

Awesome condo! Awesome location!

We were welcomed into the condo by a personal note written by Trish. Really nice touch. She also checked in via text after we arrived to see if we had any questions.. The condo was super clean, well stocked kitchen, seemingly new appliances. An up-to-date notebook tells you everything you need to know about using appliances & other tips about the condo & area. Location is ideal. Very walkable (about 1 block) to restaurants & tikis. Depending on time of day and the sun, we used each of the 3 balconies at least once. Met a few of the neighbors who were very welcoming. The view from the main balcony with a view of the ocean is spectacular. We spent many hours each morning just relaxing there with coffee & breakfast. Also walked the beach each day and we used the beach chairs & umbrella provided to spend one day on the beach just people watching. Such a great place. This was our first time staying on Manasota Key and we're hoping it won't be the last. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect for a family and or multigenerational vacation!

This condo is IMMACULATE! Our group was me, my daughter and my 3 grandkids (16,14 and 11.5). This was our first time at this property; it did not disappoint. It is quite roomy and gave us ample space! Walk down the stairs, turn right to the boardwalk and then MAYBE 100 feet to the beach. The pool is to the left and even closer. Parking for the unit is covered; usually not a big thing but did help keep our cars a tiny bit cooler during some VERY hot days! The kitchen had everything we needed - and then some! There is a full size fridge (as well as an extra small "dorm" type fridge). Plenty of beach towels! And we kept the washer/dryer inside the unit busy! It is a stackable w/d and held what we consider a "large" load. Both the downstairs bedroom (a twin and I think a queen or double) and upstairs (a king) are spacious with plenty of storage. The owner, Trish, answered my endless questions (QUICKLY) even before I chose this particular property. She continued to answer the few questions we had after arrival promptly. The only "take note" I have is there are stairs up to the unit and another flight of stairs inside the unit. THIS IS ALL OUTLINED in the online description. I only mention this as younger kids (say under 8-10....and especially toddlers OR kids not accustomed to stairs) could get hurt if they attempted to climb/play around on the stairs. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future!

A Great Beach Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing time at this beach rental - It is beautifully renovated and as clean as could be. The bed in the upstairs bedroom is super comfortable. The beach is steps away and not crowded at all - Winding down and enjoying the ocean view from the balcony is a treat as well. The restaurants on Manasota Key are within walking distance and "Magnolia on the Bay(closest restaurant to the rental - directly across the street)" is absolutely wonderful and everything is delicious. Trish is awesome - She was very quick to respond to all of my questions and messages, and everything from booking, to checking in, to checking out was a breeze. We plan to come back and stay at this rental every time we visit Manasota Key - It is a true gem!

Englewood is a hidden gem, with a laid back beach vibe, but close to shopping, water sports and so much more! We love to travel, explore new places, meet new people, and try new things. The Boardwalk at Manasota Key is a special property because it has only 17 units but offers all the amenities we wanted. A beautiful grill and bar area on the beach, a fire pit and a heated pool all await you at this beautiful piece of paradise. The owners at the Boardwalk take pride in their units and are very involved in the upkeep and management of the property, and that says a lot about them. So many updates to this property in recent years made it an easy choice for us to say yes!

Walking distance (.4 mile) to the nightlife of the Englewood Beach area, including both high end and casual dining, live music, convenience store, water sports including jet ski rental, SUP, kayaks, parasailing, boat rentals, and more! 5-10 min drive to grocery and retail area, including historic and charming downtown Dearborn Street. New amphitheater on Dearborn offers live community music, and there is a weekly Farmer's market on Thursdays in season.
