Syv County To State View From Deck! Venlige bjerghytte, alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet venter på dig. Den blev bygget i 2005 med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. To soveværelser og to badeværelser er placeret på overordnede niveau, et soveværelse og et bad i det lavere niveau, spil og tv-område i lavere niveau. Praktisk placeret til Mayberry / Mt. Airy, Chateau Morrisette og alle vingårde, Hillsville Loppemarked, Galax Fiddler konvention, Floyd Fest, Devils Den og blot almindelig sød Moder Natur.

Beslut dig for at bare slappe af og nyde udsigten eller hovedet ud for kajaksejlads, slanger, cykling, vandreture, fiskeri, og Golf plus meget mere. Nyd året rundt landmandens markeder, vingårde, og eklektisk shopping. Beliggende fem og en halv miles fra I-77 og tre og en halv miles fra Hwy 52 off Blue Ridge Parkway.

Our stay at the cabin was everything we needed. The cabin itself was gorgeous, spacious and well equipped. The views are another story. We spent so much of our time on the beautiful balcony talking and enjoying the view. We will definitely be back for another stay.Our hike at Devils Den was strenuous but totally worth it to see the caves. The town of Fancy Gap is a special place.Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful space.

We had a wonderful visit. The weather was beautiful, the views are spectacular and the cabin has a wonderful comfortable and warm feel. We loved the furnishings… a feeling of “home”. We had everything we needed.Again, the cabin is perfect and was a great getaway. We will definitely there again.

The main expectation was the long range view and it was beyond expectations! Loved sitting on the large deck and taking it all in. Plus being able to bring our lab. We golfed at Old Mille and wine tasted at various Vineyards. Very wonderful stay and hope to come back next year. Kitchen well equipped, we brought most of our food.

Great views, of course. The cabin is bigger and more comfortable than the pictures made it appear. Our group had a quiet relaxing stay, and our dogs did too. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to cook several meals. The only negative was that there was a bear visit overnight on the last night, and it took the outdoor trash can and scattered the contents across the yard. It also took at least one whole bag of trash that we could not find. I let the property manager know, and she assured me that this is not common, and she has ordered a bear proof garbage solution. So just be aware and be safe, there are bears in the area that are accustomed to getting into human trash. Other than that incident, the stay was great.

Well kept cabin. At the end of the drive and usually very quiet. Best thing is the wonderful porch and the spectacular view! Our only complaint is that the mattress in the bedroom on the porch side of the house is a little worn out. The other upstairs mattress was fine,

Great Getaway

The house is well off of the main roads but easy to access from I-77. The layout was perfect for us. The covered porch and the views were awesome.

Life in the clouds

I want to explain, we were surrounded by torrential downpours and thunder storms 3 of our 5 day stay. If I had to be trapped in a cabin I would choose this one! Luckily we had all our food and supplies with us. We left after day 3. The host is very nice and felt terrible about the weather but certainly can't fix mother nature. We had stayed there once before and would go again. Cabin is beautiful and clean and has everything you could need.

Relaxing getaway in the clouds

Another amazing stay in Fancy Gap! If you want to feel right at home, this is your cabin. It was just my husband, myself and our two fur babies enjoying the many amenities this cabin has to offer. We are game lovers and were so excited to find numerous games and a game table to play them on! We cooked most meals in and everything we use to prep meals in our kitchen, we were able to find easily. The views are amazing and the deck furniture is very comfortable. The peacefulness this cabin brought to us over a long weekend is something we were so appreciative of. Thank you Karen for being a GREAT host!! Joey & Lisa

Beautiful cabin and wonderful week.

We had a fabulous stress free week in Fancy Gap and the cabin we stayed at was absolutely fantastic! It was super clean, well stocked, conveniently located and peaceful.

Fancy Gap Cabin

This cabin is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great visit to the mountains. But the very best feature is the amazing view! We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to relax!

The view is marvelous, and the cabin is spacious and welcoming. It is easy to feel right at home here! Cell service in the area is iffy, but the WIFI in and around the cabin was great. Easy drive to the cabin from I-77, but really quiet and secluded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning for more relaxing times!

My husband and I reside in Greensboro NC, a short 1.5 hrs away. We use the cabin as often as possible but also love to share it with others. For several years I was a mortgage officer and afterwards a Realtor in Fancy Gap. I came to Carroll County for a day and hope to be there for a lifetime. We love the yard , the porch and the view along with the close proximity to so many festivals, history and events

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The view is worth a million dollars.This was an excellent investment and the temperature is always at least ten degrees below any place else within miles. Our home is with-in an 1.5 hrs drive. We are only five miles down the Parkway from Hwy. 52. and convenient to Hwy. 77. Just read our over 100 5.0 reviews.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

No road noise and peaceful breathtaking views. I've also enjoyed the wildlife; everything from wild turkeys to deer. And the wild flowers and vegetation are like nowhere else. Southern exposure provides a quick melt for the snow along with being off of the school bus route, providing year round pleasure.
