This ample unit is 1,173 square feet and has unobstructed and a sweeping breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Enjoy breakfast on the glass lined balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the world renowned Hollywood Beach, then just a few steps away, lounge by the pool or head to the beach for a swim or a walk.

The Tides at Hollywood Beach has been fully renovated, featuring two swimming pools with extensive sun decks, beautifully landscaped grounds, 24-Hour State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Stylish ultra-contemporary lobby, Concierge services, Valet parking, Attended front desk, 24-Hour security and Access Control.

=> Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 60" LED TV, work desk/chair and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony.

=> The 2nd Bedroom has two Queen Size Beds with a 55" LED TV. Room also has a large window with ocean views.

=> Living Room is beautifully furnished with leather sectional sofa with chaise lounger and 65" LED TV . Living room has glass door leaning to the large balcony that has amazing pool and ocean views. The living room also has large floor to ceiling glass panes for an unforgettable ocean view!

All windows in the bedrooms and living room have blackout shades to allow you to sleep in.

=> Dining room has seating for 6.

=> Kitchen has new cabinets with quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. An eat-in counter is also available with seating for two.

All linens, towels, kitchenware included. Four (4) beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler are also provided for your convenience. You may also rent chairs and umbrella beachside from rental company.

*PLEASE NOTE: Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, hand soap, trash bag) are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Additional supplies beyond what is provided is the renter's responsibility.

Wireless Internet access and all utilities are included.

The view was outstanding! The pool was very clean and welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again! We arrived in the middle of the night and had no issues.

Outstanding Condo

When we initially walked in, we instantly fell in love with the condo. From the decor to the spacious rooms and the stunning views from the balcony everything was beautiful. The host was extremely responsive and answered all questions immediately. Location was great, everything and anything you need or want to do within driving distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, great views, great location

While the weather didn't cooperate, we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was roomy and well-stocked, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to pool/beach. Enjoyed jet-skiing and pickleball nearby. Jorge was responsive when we needed him.

Beautiful Views

Nice place, incredible view and access to beach - great location! We enjoyed the large tvs too when we wanted to kick back at the end of the day with some flicks. We will definitely book again when back in area. Bonus: amazing restaurant, Patagonia, right across the street…the empanadas are to die for!

Excellent apparent in a very nice property

This is one of the best apartments in the building. Completely renovated, it is spacious, full of natural light, super comfortable furnishings and stunning views Jorge and Mara are super responsive as hosts and solve everyone of your requests. Definitely a top place to stay in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area

Beautiful Property in Perfect Location

I truly enjoyed my stay at this well-kept oceanfront property. The unit definitely lives up to its pictures and description as advertised. Beach access was really easy and the morning sunrise from the master bedroom or balcony made for a great start to each day. The host(s) were quick to respond and very easy to work with. I would definitely book this property in the future!

South Florida vacation

We had a great stay at the Sweeping Ocean Views condo. Jorge and Mara had good communication and instructions. They were very accommodating for our trip and our awkward flight times. The condo was very clean and recently updated. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will be back!

Stunning

Condo was exactly as advertised. Spectacular views. We spent so much time on the deck. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in is a little strange, the required wrist bands were annoying but everything about our weekend was so enjoyable!!! Would definitely stay here again.

We was more than amazed by this room!!! We arrived the night before and stayed close by in a holiday inn so we acquired about leaving our bags at the front desk and Jorge & Mara accommodated us with and early check in instead. The room was very well kept and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We all agreed when we come back this was the room we want!

Great condo with fantastic views

We can't say enough good things about this unit or the property managers! The condo was updated, clean and spacious. Every question we had was answered quickly and Jorge & Mara were unbelievably accommodating when our flights were unexpectedly changed at the last minute. The views were amazing and we would definitely recommend this to friends & family!

Wonderful

Our family of four (6 and 9 year-olds) stayed for a week. The unit is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we need including plenty of beach toys, chairs, cooler, etc… Jorge and Mara were very attentive and kind. There is a cute cafe, Cafe Cita, a short walk south in the beach that serves healthy breakfast options, smoothies, snacks, and adult beverages. This was the perfect relaxing place to stay. Thank you Jorge and Mara!

Perfection!

This is a modern condo with a beautiful oceanfront view from both the living room and master bedroom. The cleanliness is superb. It has everything you need (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sand toys, etc.) for your days at the beach. It’s also equipped with a full kitchen for those who enjoy cooking some meals themselves. I would highly recommend this unit. Our family will definitely be back!

Family vacation

Stayed in mid May. The water was warm and clear, beach beautiful. Photos don’t do the condo justice. Very clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 4-6. Balcony was an amazing spot to watch the sunrise and sip coffee each morning. Grounds were clean and manicured. Pool was lovely as well, need to get there early if you want a lounge chair. All information about check in was communicated ahead of time so we knew what to expect. Very enjoyable stay - great location to get to all surrounding areas and activities. Would recommend and would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

As soon as we opened the door we were in LOVE. Jorge & Maras beachfront is AMAZING, CLEAN, BEAUTIFULLY decorated, COMFORTABLE beds & setup. This cozy place has it ALL, from kitchen to bedding we had it all including all beach equipment. WE loved morning sunrises from balcony & tvs in all rooms was a plus with having kids in the group. We will DEFINITELY return Jorge & Mara. Clients for life THANK YOU for ALWAYS answering us so quickly. See you in future vacation days!!

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for our summer vacation. The owners are responsive and easy to communicate with. As with any VRBO, pay attention to the check-in process - but it is simple. The condo is clean, modern and has everything you need for the beach; towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. The ocean view out of the balcony is amazing. The location is perfect. Fort Lauderdale airport is about 20 minutes away. The condo is a short drive to Hollywood Beach Broadwalk which has places to each and the typical tourist shops. There is a Walmart and Publix (grocery store) just a few minutes' drive. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix for groceries as the Walmart was crazy buzy. Overall great experience.

Check your sheets before bedtime

The check-in process is overly complicated and out-dated. The ladies working in the office were rude to several people and that wasn't a great first impression. The condo building has a ton of rules which seem excessive. The condo for the most part seemed clean and unfortunately we didn't notice any issues until time for bed. The shower had hairs on the walls which seemed like the cleaners did not do a good job. The sheets in the primary bed were dirty and appeared to have blood or something on them. We called the owner and he thought there were additional sheets in the condo which there were not. He said he could drive an hour to bring them to us or have someone come out first thing in the morning. We said we would make do and proceeded to have an uncomfortable night to say the least. Around 9:30am the second morning the cleaners showed up with a brand new (unwashed) sheet set from Walmart that were placed on the bed. We prefer to wash sheets before we use them but at this point new sheets are better that dirty sheets. He did leave a bottle of wine (which we do not drink) and his apologies. He also left the cleaning person there to replace the sheets and clean the bathroom. We were not comfortable leaving this person alone in the room so we waited for an hour delaying our beach time. No kitchen towels or wash clothes in the condo. It did have a nice view and was decorated nicely. For the amount charged it should be clean. No refund for cleaning was offered.

Best Unit In The Building

My family enjoyed their stay very much. Only a few units in this building have the floor to ceiling window in the living room and sliding doors off the master that offer an infinity view of the ocean from most view points in the condo (except the second bedroom). The beds are so comfortable. The appliances and furniture are new. We loved the cooler (easy to carry). The umbrella and chairs were a plus but we didn't use them. We rented chairs on the beach instead. The kitchen has everything you'll need. Super clean! There's plenty within walking distance but a car or rideshare will come in handy. The laundry and the trash shoot are down the hall but easy to get to and clean. We did almost miss our check in time so make sure your travel schedule fits the window of time to check in. If it does, book it and enjoy!

This unit is located in the best row in the entire complex with sweeping 180 degree views of the ocean and beach. The views from this unit will be remembered for ever. Additionally, the unit has been completely remodeled including kitchen and bathrooms. Mattresses are high end Posturpedic which will give you the rest you are looking for.
