The unit was very clean and fully stocked to make us feel at home from when arrived until departure. The assistance we received before and during our stay was friendly and accommodating. The beach club was an added bonus and the service and food was outstanding. We will definitely be recommending this to our friends.

Absolutely Stunning Property

This property was a dream! Absolutely amazing view and very spacious property. The pool and grill etc all were working great, and the team was very communicative to help fix the wifi on day 1 and even gave us late check-out.

Perfect location!

We are frequent VRBO users. This was a great location. It was not far from the airport. The house was located to close to many beaches which made for easy outings. The home itself is beautiful refuge for when you are not out enjoying Pura Vida!

The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could want on you trip with the luxuries of home. The service was top notch and I felt very well taken care of. I would get quick responses. Beautiful home with fantastic views!

A group of 9 of us stayed at this property recently. The pictures are great but the home was much more beautiful in person. We did have an issue with the water not getting hot in the downstairs bathrooms but management responded quick and had someone come fix it. The management was very responsive to any needs. Loved our stay!

Amazing stay at a gorgeous home!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa. The views were incredible and the home was well equipped with everything you need. We were very close to town but bc we had children we didn't walk all the way in due to the hills coming back but it is certainly doable. The clubhouse pool, restaurant and staff were amazing. The property management company was very attentive and responsive.

Great place for a group!

This home was just beautiful with a view that never got old. The back porch is north facing so you have shade all day, which is wonderful for staying cool while relaxing or enjoying your coffee or lunch! The kitchen is very well stocked as well. While the house has a lovely pool area, the community pool and gym were great amenities to have. We had a car for longer day trips, but a golf cart for zipping around town and to the pool which was fun for everyone. I highly recommend this home as well as renting through Rich Coast Management. The company was very attentive and helpful from booking and throughout our stay.

Beautiful space minutes from the beach

The house is spacious and well furnished, in a secure and quiet neighbourhood. A 6 minute drive gets you to the beach, grocery store; bars and restaurants, and made a fabulous launching point for our family adventures each day. Property management was extremely responsive to the minor issues we faced (e.g. water went out for a few hours, and they quickly brought us some bottles to tide us over). Clubhouse had a beautiful pool and other amenities as well.

Lovely!

The property was perfect for our group, lovely house. Some minor issues but Communication with staff was excellent. And ability to work the experiences through out the stay were very good! Location is very nice, out of the way. Renting a golf cart is strongly recommended. Also - be sure to review what is available at the property, like toiletries and cookies supplies.

Perfect

The house and view were incredible. Everything was so clean. Plenty of plates and dinnerware. Dishwasher made clean up a breeze. Lots of coffee mugs. Kitchen table and outdoor patio gave us plenty of hangout space. It was as good if not better than expected. Thanks so much!

Great Stay!

This was an amazing trip and this property was a huge part of it. It was a convenient location from the city, which we rented golf carts to get around. I highly recommend golf carts for easy travel within the city limits. The house was beautiful in a quite neighborhood that was up and coming. There was mild construction in the neighborhood, but nothing that you could really hear. Everything was clean and updated. The hosts were available at most times and assisted us throughout the whole process before and during our trip. I would 100% book again, as it is a beautiful property convenient to everything.

Perfect for Friends Trip

We were a group of 6 couples and the house and property were perfect for us. The view was great, outdoor area couldn’t have been better. Fantastic sound system and all common areas in and out were ideal for a group of our size. We took advantage of the recommendations of the property management/concierge. We booked a catamaran, had a chef or caterer come in for a meal one night, booked massages for some of us women and due to the time of day we were able to do them outside with no issues. The one issue in the whole trip was the house is on a septic, which didn’t occur to us initially and may have prompted us to be more mindful, but the PMs had it fixed that day, the response was very quick. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing experience!

This place is just as pictured and we felt like movie stars staying here! Every room has a view and most have their own full bathroom. The view and the pool were spectacular! You can walk to town, but if you want to go anywhere further you will need a golf cart or car. The only downfall was that there is some faulty wiring in the house, so we flipped breakers like 5 times and maintenence was at our place 3 days out of 7. The good thing was the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful. Even with those little hiccups, we still had an unforgettable experience. 100% would return!

Thanks so much for your stay, Candace! We loved ready your review and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with other travellers. We are in the process of repairing the electrical issues that caused the issues with those specific outlets so that other guests don't have any inconveniences. We appreciate your patience as we worked through that! Certainly not something we want to happen, but we're glad we have a large team that allows us to be responsive when issues to arise. Pura Vida!
