•Access to Mar Vista’s fitness center, tennis court and pickleball fields (all charged extra by the community), trails & renowned restaurant 'Gracia'
•Quiet long-term tenants occupy a completely independent unit with private entrance, located above the main house. This is their private space, and they do not have access to the home’s common areas.
Additional Information & Services
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo & conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.
Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.

Important to Know
• A refundable security deposit hold of $2,000 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.
• Casa Ayla is a multi-level property with stairs (to access the main house no stairs are required only for Casa B and the Studios C & D)
• Quiet long-term tenants occupy a completely independent unit with private entrance, located above the main house.
• Mar Vista is an active development — occasional daytime construction noise may occur.
• DRONES PROHIBITED due to this community's regulations; it is considered a privacy violation.
