Complete with new renovations and decorated in a cute beachy theme, this home is the ideal spot for your summer vacation. 3 bedrooms, plus sofa bed, with an open concept floor plan & plenty of windows immersing you in the beach lifestyle. Just steps to the beach and close to amusements, this is the location to be for your entire family. Walk-up lane only, with a reserved parking space nearby - no cars to worry about when you are relaxing in the sand in this awesome location!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Although we had a great vacation I was a bit disappointed in the house. First the listing said laundry available and when we got to the house there was no washer and dryer. When I contacted the office they told me “they thought they got to everyone” . Not only was that a big inconvenience but it cost me money and time away from my vacation to go to the laundry mat. I chose this property over another because of the washer and dryer. Second there was no iron or ironing board. Again huge inconvenience. Lastly the toaster that was provided only worked on one side. None of these are horrible issues however when paying money to rent a house I would expect to get what was promised. I am hoping that due to all these inconveniences we would be able to getSome compensation back as this not right to charge for things not provided.Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
