This is brand new, modern, spacious and very unique waterfront property, that is located in prestige popular upscale vacation rental neighborhood on St. Thomas, - Peterborg in Magens Bay, overlooking 1 of the 10 best beaches in the world Magens Beach, with steps to the water. The main house sleeps only 8 people with cottage, total sleeps 14 ppl. Please contact us, so we can accommodate you by the size of your group and cottage availability. This luxury is located right in the famous Magens Bay overlooking one of the 10 best beaches in the world Magens Beach National Park. The neighborhood is very private, surrounded by other beautifull waterfront properties. You get to see iguanas running around the house. You get to spot turtles, stingrays, eagle rays and sometimes even dolphins from your balcony. The sunsets are incredible. In summer the sun goes down right between two of the close by islands. You can have private charter to come and pick you up right from the villa and take you on the boat trip to visit surrounded islands. It doesn't get better than this. Our bay is most of the time very calm and we do not ever get the sargassum like other bays. You can walk from the villa to Magens Bay beach and have one of the best cocktails you ever had at the Beach Bar. We definitely recommend local cocktail "Painkiller" or "Bushwacker"
The villa has 2 lounging chairs on the little beach where you can suntan, or you can take kayak or paddle boards to go for sunset ride. For kids it is a natural playground, the best snorkel is right in the front of the villa, you can spot crabs, all sizes of the fish, stingray, eagle rays, turtles and more. If they get tired of snorkeling they can jump on trampoline or play basketball.

Caribbean Paradise is 4000 SQFT luxurious property that features very unique, modern, and custom finishes that are definitely hard to find in our Caribbean paradise. You get to use bi-folded doors that opens up in every each room of the villa, you have smart toilets in every bathroom, you get you use lot of outdoor space with lush gardens filled with beautiful flowers. Villa offers kayak, paddle boards, trampoline, basketball hoop and little beach with 2 lounging chairs for sun bathing. You ultimately do not have to leave the house, because everything you need is right here. The steps in the front of the house takes to turquoise Caribbean waters and you can walk to 3 near by beaches just by the shoreline. The villa is conveniently located 3 minutes walk or swim to from Platform beach, 7 minutes from Little Magens and 20 min. walk or swim by the shore to Magens Beach. You can literally swim/walk to Magens enjoy cocktail or lunch on the beach and go back to villa. You can also kayak or paddle board anywhere in the bay. Best snorkeling is right in front of the property, you get to see turtles, stingrays, Eagle rays, crabs and all kinds of different fish and sea creatures.

The property is perfect for 2-3 families, for reunion, friends gateway or just family vacation. You get to enjoy outdoor 33 feet long swimming pool, hot tub that is located in the above villa, trampoline, basketball hoop or just a beach with lounging chairs. The views are incredible and you can see turtles and fish right from the balcony. Pelicans are flying right by the pool and sunsets from the villa are the most incredible. You will never want to leave from this vacation!!!
