Probably the best little spot in San Clemente. Location is amazing, you are right at the end of the main strip with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. I was concerned about noise but there was none, every night it was quiet and peaceful. Space is great and well stocked. We will be staying here again.

Clean, cute, good AC, close to evening. Only issue there is NO parking. Big cars in the driveway for the other units make getting in and out tough.

This place was perfect for my husband and me to have a couple nights away celebrating our anniversary. The furnishings and details in the condo were very nice and well thought out. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and they even left us drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine to enjoy when we arrived! The only down side was not having a designated parking spot, but once we found a place on the street adjacent to the condo we left the car there for the weekend and walked everywhere…the beach/pier, the restaurants, and shopping. It is so nice that the condo is in the heart of downtown San Clemente and close to everything. We would definitely come back!

Cathy and Peter have thought of everything… They were above and beyond responding if I had a question. I willdefinitely want to stay again at a property they manage. The location could not be more ideal or convenient for walking to bakeries, restaurants, shopping and of course The Beach! Add to it all the convenience of beach towels, chairs and bikes and it’s easy to see why they have nothing but 5 star reviews! cheers Kat
