Living space
The main living area is a comfortable place to decompress after a day by the water. Sink into relaxed seating, stream your favorite shows on the 65` TV, or let the indoor fireplace take the edge off cool coastal evenings. Central heating and air conditioning keep the atmosphere just right year-round, with a ceiling fan adding to the easy, breezy feel. A full futon sofa in the living room doubles as sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a king bed, a 50` TV, and a dresser for storing your things. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, blankets, and hangers make it easy to settle into a genuine home-away-from-home rhythm. The living room futon converts to a full bed for additional guests.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at your own pace - stainless steel appliances, a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a coffee maker, and a toaster are all on hand. Pull up a chair at the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal or map out the day`s adventures over a fresh cup of coffee.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub along with all the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels are provided, and an iron is available for anything that needs a refresh.

Outdoor & shared spaces
Step out onto the patio or balcony to take in the coastal air, or head down to the backyard area to unwind. A shared patio deck and BBQ grill - complete with barbecue utensils - give you a great setup for an alfresco evening. Beach access is just a short walk away, and beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are available for your use.

Connectivity & extras
Stay connected with both Wifi and an Ethernet connection, and take advantage of the dedicated workspace if you need to catch up on work. A Pack `n Play/Travel crib is available for families - just remember to bring your own playard sheet. Laundry facilities are located in a downstairs shared laundry room, with both a washer and dryer available. Free parking on premises is included, with garage space accommodating one compact or midsize vehicle (9 ft wide, 20 ft long), plus additional free street parking nearby. The property has a private entrance, exterior security cameras at entry points, and keyless entry with a unique code provided before arrival - no physical keys required.

Situated less than 300 feet from Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens and within easy walking distance of the beach, this retreat puts some of San Clemente`s best within arm`s reach. Nearby shops, coffee spots, and restaurants round out a convenient and well-connected base for exploring the coast.

A few things to know
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available at no additional charge, subject to availability. Checkout cleaning is included; mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only - your privacy is respected. Package delivery is not recommended as mailbox access is unavailable. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed, except approved ADA service animals. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
