Well, we're super surprised by this comment, Yanetsi. Let me set this straight for the public to understand. From the moment you checked in, you raved how beautiful the house looked, how spacious it was and that you were enjoying your time. You are quite aware that I provide concierge service, and if there was any type of issues, you were to contact me directly. Not one time did you ever call or text to tell me about crumbs or roaches. We receive nothing but raving reviews about our cleaning, and our properties are sprayed religiously every 3 months. We are in rainy season, so therefore there are palmetto bugs that are desperately trying to get into the home. When you leave the back sliders open because you are trying to get the indoor/outdoor feeling of this home, you are attracting all types of critters to visit. This is the time of the year not to have the doors open. We are sorry you felt this way, and I wish you would have mentioned something to me while you were here. Maybe in the future, when you rent a vacation rental home, you reach out to the property manager as instructed once you check in if you feel there is an issue. We all like to make our guests happy and rectify the situation immediately. Good luck on your future rentals and vacationing. Kindly - Jenn property manager

We're so happy to hear you had an excellent time with us, Kara! It was such a pleasure hosting you and your group, and we'd love to have you back anytime! Best - Naples Vacations

Hi Terry. We are sorry you feel the home was in bad shape. We will take a look at the pots and pans and get those updated. I will also check the laundry knob, not sure what you mean but we will look again because we didn't find anything. The BBQ is not dirty, and it is used constantly. The Florida weather wears on all outside furniture, and these built in BBQ kitchens. The rust is not avoidable with the salt air down here and is a common thing on all stainless steel. All we can do is help try and maintain it, but the rust is inevitable. The swimming pool was cleaned the day before you arrived. It you thought it was dirty while you were there, I wish you would have reached out to me and let me know. This is why I offer concierge service and mentioned to you to reach out to me directly with any issues or concerns you may have. I always have everything rectified within the hour if there is a complaint or problem. This is one of our desirable homes that is rented quite often. So again, we are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied. Next time, I advise you reach out to your property manager and have your issues attended to. We hope you have better luck in the near future.
