This place was very clean and convenient. We did have a couple people come over to sing Happy Birthday and one of the neighbors must have called it in as we immediately got a message despite being within the parking spaces allotted. The only reason not to stay here is if you are meeting family and plan to have them over then the rules are rather limiting for anything beyond the guests staying there.

What a gem of a property! This beautiful home is nestled in a stunning location and offers some of the most spectacular sunset views you could ever imagine. Watching the sky turn brilliant shades of orange, pink, and purple from the deck was the highlight of our stay. The house itself is well-appointed, and the location provides a serene backdrop for a truly relaxing getaway. Everything about the home's aesthetic and setting promises a picture-perfect vacation.However, the experience with the property management and neighbors quickly soured our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were met with unnecessary friction. We were contacted by the property manager about having "too many" vehicles while we were simply unloading our belongings, a process that was already complicated with three small children ages 1, 3, and 4. This was followed by a confrontation with a neighbor who was equally unwelcoming. The situation escalated to the point where the neighbor stated, "I own here and not rent, . . . I do not care if you are unloading your groceries! I'm calling the police!" The feeling of being watched and judged continued when the owner immediately messaged us after our children playfully rang the Ring doorbell on our way back from the beach.Adding to the stress was a house rule, which was stated to be a town law, limiting occupancy to a maximum of six people at any given time. While we had no intention of hosting a party, this rule felt incredibly restrictive with elderly parents

Sunset Pointe

They call it sunset point for a reason! With a perfect view of Hampton Bay, the sunsets here are nothing short of amazing. Either from the well furnished deck, the master bedroom or the living room, you can watch the show. This is our second year renting Sunset Pointe and certainly won't be our last. Our 4yo son loves the bunk beds and we love everything else! Great beach cottage theme, comfy beds and of course central air. We love the quiet dead end street feel to get away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. But with just a 5 min walk, we can explore everything the boardwalk has to offer or chill on the beach. This is the perfect family cottage at Hampton!

Lovely location, poor customer service

Stayed here for a few nights with some friends and it was a great location. The downside was the customer service and harassing text messages about how many people were staying in the house. There was a limit of 6 people and we had 6 people for only 1 of the 3 nights of our stay. They checked in on us on the ring camera and somehow thought we had more people. Also neighbor wouldn't let us simply unload our cars without being bothered and threatened to be towed. Unfortunately it ruined our stay. The place was immaculate and had a beautiful view.

Hampton beach

The house is well appointed and on a quiet street but quite close to all Hampton beach has to offer. The house was clean- except the front load washing machine which has so much black mold on the rubber I couldn’t use it. The bathroom is good sized and the shower pressure is great. Back patio is a gem. Parking if you have two larger vehicles isn’t easy - but that’s standard for a lot of Hampton beach. The master bedroom mattress is super hard, the bunk beds are not sturdy and wobble enough so we didn’t let anyone use the top bunk. The pull out sofa was the best bed there by far. Overall it’s not a bad rental if you want to be in Hampton beach but we wouldn’t stay there again for 920 for two nights. I am not a fan of vacassa rentals as this is VRBO and I like being able to reach the owner with questions. Vacassa is famous for their lack of helpful customer service and we had the same thing this time. We decided we wanted to be able to check out later on Sunday, for a fee as they said was available in an earlier email. I reached out to them Saturday at 8am and they said they would even consider it as it’s not their policy to allow that if you ask after check in.

Perfect spot

My adult granddaughter and I stayed here and had a great time. We each had our own bedroom, a deck to hang out on and we were walking distance to the beach, stores and many restaurants. We would go back again !

Spectacular Sunset

This is a great property. Beautiful furnished. We never felt cramped there was plenty of space for our group. The outside deck on the back was great. There was plenty ty of seating and the sunset views were breathtaking.

Love Vacasa and this home

We stayed in this home for the 2nd year and this is our third year with Vacasa. I absolutely love this home, the cleanliness, the decor, the close access to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better vacation home. Everything you could need is provided. Really enjoyed the beautiful deck each morning. Very thankful the home was ready even before the check in time. Highly recommend Vacasa and this specific home.

Perfect location

This beautiful property located right on the marsh looking over the back bay was the perfect spot to watch the sun set. With it's homey decor and quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect escape from the excitement of the boardwalk. A 5 minute walk to the beach made our commute with our 3yo easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

I almost don’t want to post how great this place was so no one else finds it. It’s that perfect. The location is just outside of the downtown area, a 3 block walk to the beach. It took less than 5 minutes between leaving the house and your toes in the sand. But it’s exceptionally quiet since it’s on a dead end. The view from the bedroom and living room is so peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean and didn’t have that “damp feeling” that sometimes happens near the water. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into the decor, it’s welcoming and inviting. There is so much natural light. There were sand toys & beach chairs ready to be used. The cabinet was stocked with fun games for the kids. It truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for a family of 4-5.

Amazing Beach House!

This house, we could not of asked for better! So immaculate, and perfect with beautiful views. Anything you need is there from beach chairs, toiletries, etc. Tucked away on a quiet dead end st, but so close to the beach you can walk. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed! We will be back next year!

Family Vacation 2023

Excellent stay at this well layer out, well equipped home. We took advantage of the full, well equipped kitchen along with the grill. The washer and dryer was very helpful especially with four young kids. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. It was a great time minus a few days of bad weather. Having the Wi-Fi and streaming TV helped with that too!

Home Away From Home

The sunsets where spectacular!!! All the amenities of home!! Prestige clean!! 8 minute walk to the beach/strip. Nice to be able to walk to the strip but far enough you don’t hear the hustle of the strip. First time dealing with vacasa. Definitely there where some kinks with communication. No confirmation sent, code was not correct to enter premises, after check out got some text & calls asking me to check out so they can clean for the next party but I had checked out way before 10 am other than that it was a nice quiet spot!!! Also, bring your bug spray as you have the marsh right next to the house. Got eaten up a bit.

Great cottage, amazing view!

We really loved this cottage. Location is perfect, closed to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Terrace is perfect with an amazing View on the Bay and sunset!

amazing home!

we have been coming to Hampton beach every year since we were kids & have stayed at many homes and this one just seemed to have it all. Rainey day games in the cabinet, beach chairs & boogie boards for everyone. nonetheless the deck & view of the bay were simply perfect (we spent most of our down time out there). we had nothing but great things to say about our trip to this home, we will definitely be back!
