Cozy Cottage Steps from Hampton Beach, Sleeps 6, 2 car parking!

Step back in time! 1940's cottage living, steps from the beach and all that Hampton has to offer at your doorstep. Located in a quite neighborhood on Kentville Terrace. Relax outside with private grassy area.

Comes with air conditioning, updated appliances, wifi, cable tv, propane gas grill.

Cottage is ideal for families (play cornhole with the kids!), grill and be comfortable at the outside patio, make it your personal yoga retreat or turn it into a surfer's paradise! The possibilities are endless!



2 Bedroom, 1 Bath

1 Bedroom has a full size bed the other bedroom has two twin beds

Living room has a pullout futon and flat screen television with cable/wifi

Full kitchen complete with coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave.

Cable TV, A/C, Free wifi, Outdoor Patio with outside couch and Grill

Clothes line. 2 car parking available (ask about additional parking)

Steps away from the beach, property is on a quiet street

The only thing you need to bring is linens, sheets, blankets, towels. If you have a pillow you like bring that but we do provide pillows.

NO PETS, PARTIES, SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.

No 3rd party bookings allowed.

Enjoyed our stay at the small, cozy VRBO. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet and only steps to the beach. Was also appreciative that the location was welcoming of our pet.

Décevant

La propriété est bien situé, ressemble à une cabane à oiseaux. Annonce mentionne pour 6 personnes, mais n'avait pas de draps pour les 2 lits des "futons". Nous avons du se couvrir avec nos serviettes de plage. Puisque le gestionnaire de l'endroit nous a répondu qu'il n'était pas en service. De plus 2 rouleaux de papiers de toilette pour 5 personnes / 4 jours.. insuffisant. Pas vraiment envie de récrire à l'hôte à la suite de sa dernière réponse. La cuisiner bien rénové, mais le reste manque vraiment d'amour. C'etait somme tout propre, mais pas entretenue.

Great Beach Cottage!

Our family (2 adults and 4 kids) had a great time at this cozy beach cottage! Perfectly situated on a quiet road, only a block from the beach, and a short walk to all the amenities of the boardwalk) The cottage was SO clean, and well stocked. It was the perfect place for our family, and John was very easy for us to communicate with (he answered all questions immediately). We would love to come back!

This house was perfect for our stay. It is slightly off the main drag, so quiet and less crowded. The owner has made use of every bit of space. The french doors in the kitchen allow practically the entire outside wall to open to the patio, which is a perfect gathering space. The kitchen is nicely done and the refrigerator has room for everything.

Cutest house on the block

I stayed in another property in Hampton Beach a few years back. It was dirty to the point of me having to clean the toilet and kitchen before we used them. By contrast, Hybiscus was sparkling clean and clearly well-cared for. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach, cozy interior. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & cozy

Cute, tiny cottage that was perfect for the 4 of us. We were comfortable and the cottage was perfect! My daughter and i came up from Philly, PA to run the 5k that is apart of the seafood festival. The featival was the best and the cottage was only 3 miniutes from the beach which was the start /finish for the run. This place is alittle gem utenfusgreatshoppingdeliciousseafood, .

Our stay at Hibiscus was smooth sailing beginning to end! Beautiful, cozy space! Perfect for family to gather and unwind. Great amenities inside, great outdoor space to enjoy the cool, relaxing mornings and evenings! Quickest walk to the beach! Everything right there for your enjoyment!

Great family spot

The outdoor space off the kitchen was an awesome spot for our group to spend time together. The quick skip to the beach was perfect. We didn’t need to pack up for the day. So easy to just head back to the house for a sandwich! Very convenient!!

Great place to stay at Hampton Beach and excellent communication with John

My family enjoyed staying here in Hampton Beach. Loved the outside patio area and grill. Great communication with John when the grill needed a propane refill.

Well located, really tiny

A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! It's a vintage cottage, so just be forewarned. In the overpriced vacation rental market on this coast, it was good value.

Great Getaway

This house was perfect. Had all the things you would need for a relaxing vacation. I don't think there was anything missing, right down to a pie pan for cinnamon buns in the a.m. The beach wagon was great for bringing our stuff on the short walk to the sand. Lots to do within walking distance. I would have eaten every meal at The Goat..it was really good. John was very nice to change the dates to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach vacation

John’s place was fantastic. The proximity to attractions and beach couldn’t have been more ideal. The house was a perfect place for the family to unwind after a day in the sun. Couldn’t ask for a better place for my family to stay.
