Wonderful location, however go to a higher floor, or bring ear plugs. Street noise through the night is very loud, and will keep you awake. Check your room for a laundry card before purchasing one, ours had one that we didn't find until after we bought one. Bring spices, there's no salt and pepper in kitchen. Other than that, this room was perfect! oh, be careful standing at the rail on balcony, the condensation from above balcony drips. The staff here are very friendly and helpful!

Aloha and thank you for the helpful tips and kind words about our team! The street noise and dripping from the units above are building-related and unfortunately outside our control, though we appreciate the heads-up for future guests. We’re sorry about the laundry card, and we’re making sure the card is easier to find going forward. We’d love to welcome you back for another great stay. Mahalo for choosing Ali’i Beach Rentals!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was comfortable and good location. A big bonus was a parking spot. The only challenge was the noise outside can be heard inside disturbing our sleep. Better sound proofing would be great. The Management company was great to work with. 5 star

Thanks for the five stars, and for the kind words about our team! We're sorry the street noise got in the way of your sleep. That building sits in a busy pocket of the neighborhood, and the sound outside is beyond what we can control, but we've made a note of the soundproofing suggestion to pass along. Glad the room and the parking spot still made for a comfortable stay. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!

My boyfriend and I overall loved staying here and are hoping to again soon. It's in a good central location so we could walk or take the bus anywhere we wanted to go. The one time we talked to anyone working here he was also very helpful. The building is currently under renovations, which as an old building it very much needs, especially considering the outer wall seemed very flimsy (as well as the bed and couch). The kitchen didn't have a lot of cooking supplies, so if you're doing anything more than basic cooking I'd suggest planning on packing your own or planning to buy it.

We're so glad you both enjoyed the stay and the easy central location, and that our team member was helpful when you needed him. The building renovations are the building association's project, but you're right that they're a welcome update. We'll take a look at the kitchen supplies too, since a better-stocked setup makes a real difference for guests who like to cook. We'd love to have you back soon. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!

Overall, very satisfied: 5 stars! Location is the biggest plus here, right in the middle of everything (literally) and so close to the beach! You can even see the fireworks from a nearby hotel at night. Kitchen is well-equipped, you can cook a gourmet meal in it. Another huge plus is parking as the rental comes with it -- soooooo convenient!!! Minuses would include the outside noise as you can definitely hear them so if you are a light sleeper, just beware. Another minus is the sofa bed which was so uncomfortable to sleep on. The picture on the add shows a different sofa bed which looks better so if you are the host, please update the pictures on your ad so guests like me would not be disappointed. Other than these, the place is absolutely perfect! I would love to stay here again and again in my future Waikiki vacations!

Thank you for such a generous review, and for the honest notes too. Being in the middle of everything comes with a bit of street noise, so we appreciate you flagging that for other guests. You're right about the sofa bed photo, and we'll get the listing images updated so they match what's actually in the unit. We'd love to host you again on your next Waikiki trip. Mahalo for choosing Ali'i Beach Rentals!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is convenient to everything, food, beach, entertainment, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is it's a bit noisy since it's on the street side. The big plus is you get a parking spot and there's a washer and dryer with a nominal fee. The rental company is top notch. Great communication and easy check in and out.

Short but sweet stay

The condo was the perfect place for us! Very close to restaurants, the beach, and had an easy spot for us to park for free. The building felt secured and safe and the city noise was not too bad if you keep all the windows and door shut. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Amenities and so close to the beach

Awesome place two blocks off Waikiki Beach. The parking spot is super nice to have. The full kitchen is super great too. I’d still give it 5 stars but the o my thing to note is you hear a lot of street noise. Bring some earplugs and it will be fine.

Great affordable location for Waikiki

Loved staying here. A lot of places don't provide a parking space, this one does in a secure parking garage attached to the building! The lobby with the bathrooms were lovely. Super easy to walk to the beach and all of the shops. A great location to drive from. A tap bit noisy at night, but ear plugs and the air conditioner definitely help with that! Overall, I would definitely recommend it!
