HAY1 - This custom home is sandy lane living at the beach and then some. You get the benefits of the private walk-up only lane, plus the garage for on site parking! The bedrooms are all large and with 3 full baths you will have all the room your family needs. Ground level is garage, interior and exterior stairs to living spaces. First floor is open living, dining, fully stocked kitchen with peninsula seating. 1 bedroom on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms on upper level, baths on each level, Sofa bed in common area. The beach is at the end of the lane and the amusements are very close by, making this location ideal.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year!
