Breathtaking views and amazing sunsets from this beautiful condo located at Turquoise Place, the premier upscale beachfront resort. Go between the pool and the beach, enjoy tennis or cook dinner for friends and family on your own personal grill provided on your balcony. Enjoy the kid’s playground or relax your muscles and soothe your senses with the smell of eucalyptus in our co-ed saunas and steam rooms. Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Large flatscreen television in living room, two large couches and two chairs for plenty of additional seating. Dining table with six chairs and four extra seats at the breakfast bar. Master bedroom offers king sized bed, desk and chair, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large jacuzzi tub and tv in both the master bedroom and the master bathroom, beautiful view of the gulf and private balcony access. Second bedroom has king sized bed and third bedroom, two full sized beds and both offering flat screen televisions. Spare bathroom has a tub/shower combination, second spare bathroom offers walk-in shower. Full sized side by side washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Balcony has plenty of seating for everyone with gorgeous views a hot tub and grill. There is no a reason to leave Turquoise Place and you are sure to enjoy your vacation here.

Checking was quick! Easy access to all the nearby restaurants and beaches! The ocean view was nice! The condo was spacious and clean !

Great property

The property was clean and spacious and as listed. Communication with property manager was good. Would definitely return to this property.

Major construction going on in the unit above us made it impossible to relax any during the day. Saws, hammers, drills, power sanders, you name it. Then to top it all off, they apparently left water on when a toilet had been pulled out and water flooded in one of the bathrooms in our unit. I will say, the clean up staff could not have been nicer and more apologetic. I was told by a Brett Robinson agent (Lisa) that this was the only unit they handled in Turquoise and they had no way of knowing this construction was going on. So, lesson learned, future rentals should be through the rental agency that handles the majority of properties in that specific location.

Nice place.. But …

Nice place to stay but the property was listed with a hot tub on the balcony and was even pictured with a hot tub l.once we arrived at the property there was no hot tub an after contacting the property owner the lady on the phone stated that the unit was not suppose to have a hot tub that the master bath tub was considered the hot tub . although the listing and the pictures of the unit clearly had a hot tub on the balcony and the hook up for the balcony hot tub and chemical booklet was in the room but no hot tub … beware of the listing i didn’t get everything I paid for but overall a nice place to stay and if not for the false advertising on the listing I would have gave this place a 5 star review overall

Perfect

Beautifully decorated unit on the 26 floor with a gorgeous view. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and while the kitchen is filled with top notch, high end appliances, a few minor cooking gadgets were missing, like a potato peeler and a roasting pan large enough for a turkey. Not their fault and luckily we were able to grab all we needed from our in-laws, who are less than a mile away. It was a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!
