Beautifully renovated Crooked Lakefront Condo 1 Bed & 1.5 Baths-Legacy Up North

Beautifully remodeled lakefront condo with breathtaking views of Crooked Lake from the main living area and the bedroom. Walk out of this ground level condo onto the private courtyard to enjoy a coffe by shore.This location is the beginning of the Inland Lakes Waterway and one block from the paved bike path that takes you to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Alanson and Petoskey State Park. Nub's Nob and Boyne Highland Ski hills are only minutes away. There is 1 full bath with walk in shower and double sinks and an additional powder room off the kitchen and a large bedroom with a king size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. There is an additional inflatable queen mattress for extra guests. The sunrises are amazing !!! Our courtyard offers gas grills, dining tables and a fire pit. There is also a beach area right at the condo for your enjoyment. If you are a winter sports enthusiast, there is ice fishing right out your front door and you are minutes from the snowmobile trails and ski hills. Come stay and enjoy all that northern Michigan has to offer!

A great stay on Crooked Lake!

We had a great time! We used the the space as our home base as we explored Petoskey and the surrounding area. It was a great spot for riding bikes!

Long stay OK!

This is a very nice unit and quiet at the time we stayed. We were comfortable for 2 weeks and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All appliances are new. We would stay here again!

Perfect place for a cozy get-away

This 2-room unit was perfectly sized for our party of 3. It was super clean and outfitted with comfy, stylish furniture. The master bathroom was very spacious and there was a bonus bathroom in the living room area. We will definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem!

Perfect little stop on way to Mackinac Island

First time using VRBO as we needed a place to stay between Traverse City and Mackinac Island. The condo is on the water giving a wonderful breeze. Extremely well equipped, clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Michelle was on top of communication and made our first experience with VRBO super easy. Thank you!

Amazing Property!

This condo was spectacular. So clean, comfortable bed, great location in the building. The condo faces the main courtyard and water. We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio each morning and enjoyed having a glass of wine by the beach in the evening.

Waterfront delight

What a perfect floor plan——beautifully renovated——-1.5 baths very helpful even for 2 people. The best equipped VRBO we’ve stayed in. Ground floor great. So clean. Appreciated the owner’s communication prior and during our visit.

Cozy home away from home

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable, easy to find and central to many things to do in the area. Communication with the owner was easy with fast responses. My husband and I will definitely stay at this condo if we return to the area!! Thank you for the hospitality!

Fourth of July get away

Wonderful, newly renovated, meticulously clean modern condo with a beautiful lake view and just minutes from downtown Petoskey. Hosts were very accommodating, and provided everything needed for our stay. Would highly recommend for a small family.

Relaxing vacation in a quiet area

We had a wonderful time away on Crooked Lake. The condo was incredibly clean as well as well decorated and cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor seating to sit and relax at in the evenings. It was the perfect distance to Petoskey. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Condo was absolutely adorable, only thing wrong is that it is right off US 31 and you could hear the traffic when sitting outside by the water but this would not hinder my decision to stay there again.

Paradise

Nicely remodeled, location convenient to various cities, restaurants, shopping, parks, beaches and much more. Beautiful view of Crooked Lake from the large windows in the condo. Fully stocked with all amenities - all you need to bring is a toothbrush. Very quiet and relaxing- a perfect place to call home on your vacation.

Perfect Location - Beautiful Condo

Wonderful experience! The condo was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our view right out to the lake - so very peaceful! The location was perfect, close enough to lots of our favorite Up North places. We would definitely stay the next time we're in the area.

Great place to relax

The condo was really cute and very well decorated. The hosts had made sure that everything was ready for our stay. They provided many amenities that were greatly appreciated. Overall a 5 star review in a wonderful place.
