Our home offers a pure lakefront paradise. Our recently constructed corner unit townhome offers guests a clean, calming and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Crooked Lake and Northern Michigan has to offer.

Boat Slips and Lake Access:
You'll have access to 4 private boat slips during your stay. You can also choose to rent boats and other water toys on your own at local business on the lake. Crooked Lake Yacht Club is immediately to the east. Boat launch, Windjammer Marina and gas dock immediately to the west for the boating convenience you cannot get anywhere else.

Hot Tub:
You'll have access to a private 6 person hot tub during your stay, just a few steps outside of the main entrance.

Kitchen:
Full size and fully equipped. You’ll have the basic kitchenware necessities to prepare your meals. However, you'll need to bring your own ingredients for cooking (oils, salt, pepper, season, etc.).

Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedrooms are upstairs with a queen bed in each room.
Comfortable queen sofa bed in living room (Koala Sofa).

Bathrooms:
We offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, always good to bring your own if you prefer certain brands. Guests will need to bring other basic personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush.

Outdoor Space:
The best part of coming to Northern Michigan is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and our place is perfect for just that. You'll have access to balconies exiting each room upstairs, a deck as you exit the unit towards the lake, comfy chairs, and a private lawn/deck space just outside the unit.

The Basics:
Central air to keep you cool during the hottest days, and nice and toasty during the coldest nights. We also have a wall fireplace near the kitchen for added warmth and ambiance.

Essentials:
Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows.

Pets:
Though we love all animals, we only allow 1 dog per stay at this property. Dog must be well trained and stay off of all furniture during the stay. An additional pet fee will be assessed for extra cleaning that is done for future guests.

Carlos is a fantastic host. His communication, from the time of making the reservation, check-in, all the way through check-out is top notch. He provided great details about the rental and what we should expect during our stay. The place was just as described in the listing. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Having use of the hot tub was the perfect way to relax the muscles after a full day of exploring up north. Would definitely look to stay here again when we visit the area again.

This condo was all about it's location! If you want to wake up to the lake every morning with your cup of coffee, this is the place. STUNNING VIEWS! And you're close to everything. The kitchen was fine but only had service for 3 or 4 so we purchased paper plates and utensils. Just wanted to give a heads up. No reflection on the property but there was a problem with the water heater and we had no hot water for 1.5 days. Out doggie loved it! Mu husband said the hot tub was great. Overall, we would not hesitate to return.

Excellent location for unobstructed views of the water. The end unit provided extra privacy and a hot tub overlooking the water. Carlos the owner was responsive to questions/concerns and also allowed for an earlier check in. Don’t forget to pack bug spray and bring clothing for coverage, as the bugs were unbearable at night at the location.

An amazing place to stay, right on the lake! The hot tub is amazing with a great view. Wake up with swans, mergansers, beavers, and ducks right outside the window. Everything you need is here for a great weekend up north. Easy access to skiing, Petoskey and Harbor springs.

The property is very clean and up-to-date. Bathrooms were especially nice with walk in showers and big towels. Having a w/d made drying beach towels easy. We enjoyed the hot tub. The dock is right in front and my son had no trouble pulling in his pontoon to pick us up. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful getaway - amazing area - beautiful views

The property has amazing views, is up to date, and wonderfully cared for! If you like coffee by the lake, then this is for you! Easy access to both Harbor Springs and Petosky made for a great getaway for us! The only concern was the road noise. However, the views of the lake and the easy access to the towns more than make up for it. We would stay here again!

Lovely time in Alanson

We had a lovely time at this modern lakefront property. The place was very clean and the internet worked great which is not always the case in Northern, MI. The Owner/Manager Carlos was great and was very communicative if we needed help.

Beautiful property right on the water

We stayed here for a long weekend over Labor Day weekend and had an amazing time. The property is beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular. It was exactly what we were looking for being right on the water and close to both Petosky and Harbor Springs. The perfect place for a weekend away with your significant other. We would absolutely book with Carlos again

Northern getaway

Carlos was great, got right back to us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s like brand new inside and out, Jack with Windjammer Marina at the end of the building was super great too, rented a pontoon boat from him and he picks up and delivers to the unit free of charge. Amazing Property and Amazing Service

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property on Crooked Lake! From the moment we booked, Carlos was an exceptional host—his communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly thoughtful. He made the entire experience, from check-in to check-out, completely seamless and stress-free.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we truly felt at home. The location couldn’t have been more ideal. It was the perfect base for our adventures throughout Northern Michigan. We spent time in Petoskey, Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, and several state parks, and it was so nice to come “home” to this peaceful lakeside retreat each evening.Carlos went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and we so appreciated his hospitality. Highly, highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-located place to stay. We’re already talking about coming back!

Home Away from Home

This truly felt like a home away from home for us! Me and my girls were in between moving in and out of different homes and spent 10 nights here - It was perfect and what we needed during the transition! Being right on the water was a dream come true - especially the views waking up first thing in the morning and then around sunset. The owner, Carlos was very quick to answer any questions we had and quick to help with anything we needed. My girls LOVED the hot tub, it was very clean and always the perfect temperature. I loved the modern decor vibes inside the rental, and all the new appliances made for a stress-free time! We also did some "throw-back" fishing right off the dock at night! I also loved how close the rental was to downtown Alanson, Petoskey or Harbor Springs - it was right in the middle of it all! Oh, and how could I forget the nightly swan visits. It was so sweet. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! We had a blast!

Place was a great place to stay on the water. Overall the place was clean. the only two little issues were, The TV for the Livingroom could have been placed in a better spot. It was in a bad location, because all you saw was the kitchen faucet and from two seating spots you couldn't see the TV at all. The other little issue was the dead bugs from being on the lake. they were on every window and inside as well on the walls and doors and windows. Other than that the place was very nice as i said to stay on the water and good location for our needs. Carlos was very pleasant to deal with as a host. answered all of our questions that we had and emailed us with check in info on time . We would gladly stay here again.
