The stream that runs by feeds directly into a lake, so you know you’re never far from the opportunity for fun adventures on the water.

Inside, cozy up in front of the fireplace in the spacious living area, and enjoy streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Prepare meals together in the stunning kitchen appointed with stainless steel appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar or the table fit for four. Sleep well at night - each bedroom has been furnished for your comfort. The home features several desk workspaces to choose from should anyone need to work or study. Other highlights include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

The deck boasts outdoor seating, a fire table, and a gas grill. Take advantage of the amenities by grilling dinner outside and dining alfresco.

Looking for a workout? Take advantage of the equipment located on the back porch. Outside, guests can make use of the basketball hoop and cornhole. Be sure to gather around the firepit on clear nights and stargaze.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.
The basketball hoop and cornhole game are currently unavailable to guests.
The hot tub and sauna below the deck are not available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has a camera on the front door facing out not inside the home. This home also has a camera on the back door facing out, not inside the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
