The apartment is ideally suited for small families with children, couples, business travelers or solo travelers and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. Great,simple, efficient place to stay

My husband and I loved everything about the place. It definitely fit the bill. We visited family and this was a great hopping off point to visit them as they weren’t too far from where we stayed. The location with a pool view made it very relaxing and quiet. The only negative, which my not be a big deal to others, is that we both have allergies and it seemed like a previous tenant my have had a pet. I had to use a mop to dust the floor and picked up a lot of fur and dust. Thankfully our host had swiffer mop and dust pads There also were plenty of paper products at our disposal too. All in all we had a pleasant time.

Great value

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting a local hospital. Easy access to I 45. I enjoyed the use of the Great pool area and workout facility, on site. The apartment has great space. Note that it’s on the second floor (which I enjoyed) so there is a flight of stairs to go up. I noticed food trucks in the community area on two week nights. Maybe ask a resident, after you check in, if you want to try them out. I could often hear voices from the people next door, but was able to drowned them out with a sound machine.

Great Place

Communication with owner was great! The complex is quiet and the apartment is clean. Perfect accommodations for a quick weekend away.

Just What We Needed!

This property is in a gated apartment complex that is very nicely kept. The apartment was appropriately furnished and was just what we were looking for in a staycation-type setting. It is conveniently located with never more than a 5 - 7 minute drive to get anything that we needed. The host is great giving clear instructions and checking in on us to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend this property.
