Private Large Modern Villa with Pool/Spa/Slide

Modern 4 bedroom 3.5 bath villa located in a private gated golf resort community. This is a corner property at the edge of the community, lots of privacy and fully fenced. 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Air conditioned garage game room with air hockey and football. Private oversized pool and hot tub. Waterslide for the kids.
Private golf cart rental available. Pet friendly. We look forward to hosting you :)


Other Information
Pool heating fee is $115/night November to April. Heating is $85/night May till October. Please let us know in advance to heat the pool. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay.

Indoor fireplace is free

Pets are allowed, as long as they are potty trained and any mess is cleaned up right away as it could damage the floors. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. There is a pet fee of $40/night per pet.

Maximum cars allowed is 4.
Maximum guests allowed is 8.

Per Cathedral City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for short-term vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.

All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and their peaceful enjoyment of their property.

The TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) Rate is 12% for Cathedral City and 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID).

This property is a great place to stay when exploring beautiful Palm Springs. It has everything you need for a great time including a fun pool, a well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture and beds and its in a great location!

This house was perfect for us. We were three couples and everyone had room to spread out. The house is beautiful and the large pool was used a lot. Everything worked and the beds were very comfortable. We weren't aware of how windy it can get in Cathedral City in late spring and a couple days had us running for cover due to blowing dust and sand. I wondered how they did down at Coachella and Stagecoach. Anyway, a quick hose off of the pool deck and outdoor furniture and we were back to enjoying the beautiful back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place and location!

Love the Desert Princess and the property! Easy access to downtown and the airport. The large outdoor area was lovely, especially with the nice view.

Slice of paradise!

We stayed at this location to celebrate a family members birthday who owns a condo in the community. This was the perfect home to gather and spend time with family, while letting the kids swim to their little hearts desires. Igor was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had, which helped the stay feel seamless.

Family Friendly Property

This wonderful home is loaded with features for all ages. Games in the garage for the preteens, nice kitchen and pantry for the cook, fabulous pool and slide for the littles, comfy beds and linens, fun "bunk room" the kids loved and a sunset view that will knock your socks off.

House advertises as a 4 bedroom. It is actually a three bedroom with the den/study off the kitchen, with NO closet having a bed in it. TV would not come on. Igor could not help but did say he may send someone over during the day to help us. We were gone from 6:30am to pm every day. Could not be at house. One guest has no place to hang things without track all the way back and forth through the house. Have owner advertise this as a 3 bedroom and not four. Adjustment in price should be offered.

Loved the house, but major air conditioning issues

We truly loved the house and we would have rented again, but we had a really bad experience with the air conditioning which made it miserable in one of the bedrooms, for 3 nights we never had air in that room. There is a bedroom off the kitchen which is technically an office converted into a bedroom that never cooled down. The owners had a tech come out and he confirmed air is getting to the register, but it wasn't blowing into the room. We also had a problem getting the ceiling fan to work in the living room, it was stuck on low. He went to his house and brought us back a floor fan to help with the circulation and advised us to keep the thermostat at 70 to cool that room as much as possible from the general air circulation. So that one room never cooled down and the other 3 bedrooms were freezing. It was miserable. My biggest disappointment is how I was treated, this is the owner's response. "Hi, we have sent a tech out twice and they took photos showing it working at 70 degrees or less in the house. At this point there’s no further action we can take." I explained yes, the rest of the house is at 70 (too cold) but that one room is still hot, it doesn't blow air in that room. The tech also confirmed it was not blowing into that room. We are thankful he gave us that extra fan, as we were burning up. I also have a VRBO rental and would never treat a guest like this, as confort is my top priority.

Hello Denean, We had our tech out at the house every day for your stay. Each day it was 110 degrees outside and the room and house were reading at 71 degrees. When you stated that the tech said it wasn't working we provided you the photos of the temperature readings along with your texts to the tech and his to us all confirming it was working perfectly. You continued to send aggressive messages after your stay stating we better not leave a bad review for you

We loved this home! 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms are beautiful and really loved how each room had its own bathroom, very convenient. The pool and spa were so much fun, the kids loved the slide. Pool and home were very clean, we had no issues at all. Very nice washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and lots of extras for cooking. We BBQ'd each day and the grill was easy to use. Communication, check-in were very clear, we had no issues at all. The owners of the property were responsive and timely. Would absolutely stay again, this is our new favorite place in Palm Springs.

Had a great stay with our family and grandparents. Comfortable home with everything we needed, liked the en-suite bathrooms on 3 of the bedrooms. Really enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the waterslide. Would stay again.
