You are going to love this spot! The Condo is in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, a resort with so much, there's no need to leave. If you decide to venture out, take advantage of the FREE, airconditioned trolley that picks up at the resort every 30 minutes or utilize the onsite bike rental. This quiet, top-floor condo is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing (including an elevator in case the stairs aren't your idea of a vacation). Here are the details:

At the beach: umbrella and beach chair rentals are available.

When you're not at the beach:
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort boasts the largest ocean front swimming pool on Hilton Head with a kids pool next to it. A more private pool is located on the south side of the resort. The playground is perfect for all ages- kids can climb, swing or play basketball. In addition to the 8 tennis courts, the resort also has 6 pickleball courts, and a fitness center. If that's not enough, guests can enjoy corn hole, sand volleyball, wildlife viewing, or one of the fun resort activities such as live music, dive-in movies by the pool or dance party.

On site food/drinks:
HHB&T has Two restaurants (one with a full dinner menu and outdoor dining), a Beach Bar (which also has a lunch menu), AND an Ice Cream Hut (my kids' get a treat when they let mom sleep in).

If you decide to leave the resort:
Hilton Head is full of fantastic trails for biking/walking/running and HHB&T offers onsite bike rentals. There are more restaurants/shops and even a mini golf course within walking distance. My favorite way to see the island is to take The Breeze, Hilton Head's FREE Air-Conditioned trolley, which stops at the resort every 30 minutes.

Time to Relax:
When you are ready to rest, enjoy the queen bed, bunk beds or new pull out sofa bed (just purchased May, 2023). The kitchen is equipped with basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Log into your Netflix, Hulu or other TV provider from one of the two TVs located in the unit.

The property has 24 hour security onsite. Laundry is available on the second floor.

We loved staying here! It was such a large resort, but it was so quiet and relaxing. We loved to restaurant’s located on site and several others on HHI. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will be back. The condo had everything we needed.

Would Recommend!

Loved the condo! The location within the resort was perfect - close to the beach and pool. I’ve stayed in a few other condos within the resort and this living room/kitchen layout was the best one yet. Functional and also felt spacious. Would absolutely recommend this condo to others and would stay here again.

Great beach location

Perfect place to stay with great beach access and centralized location to take in all that Hilton head has to offer. Owner was great to work with !! Had a wonderful time.

We loved this place! We were pleased with the quietness, layout, and location. Everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed how close the pool and beach were. The elevator could’ve been closer, but we were closer to the water so it was a trade off we were fine with! Everything was clean, decor was cute, and the beds were comfortable! Host was responsive and accommodating. She was definitely accessible for any questions. Loved the bunk bed option for a kiddo. Air conditioner worked super well. Check-in was a breeze. I don’t think I would change a thing about this place overall. It was really the perfect spot for our quick trip. A few things about the resort: the dumpster is close to the room, very close to the elevator. The elevators are weirdly placed. The pizza on site was yummy!! It was fast! We were grateful for the trolley option - cannot recommend it enough. Air conditioned transportation no parking worries really sealed the deal, stop was right outside the main building. It was very clean, pool and general facility. Parking was never full and super easy every day.

The condo was at a great location, easy to access the pool and beach. Nice partial ocean view from the balcony. Check-in was also easy. We had some trouble with the toilet not working because it had too small of a flapper installed. Lucky for us, we had some handyman skills to get it going again, the owner was communicative and apologetic but maintenance never came and fixed it. The balcony door also didn’t lock. The couch and decor pillows were about ready for an updating. But the layout was functional and the kitchen was decently stocked. A new sponge for washing would have been nice, but the oven worked well to cook a dinner one night. The plates and bowls were not microwave safe so that was a little more challenging. We liked walking over to the restaurant on site. Overall it was a good stay with some small tweaks needed, it seems the maintenance may not be very responsive if a problem comes up.

Beautiful condo! Incredible location, clean and tastefully decorated. Well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation. Comfortable and very good communication with host. Would absolutely recommend!

Extra night of vacay

The stay was pretty good, except for a brief power outage caused by a bad storm. It shorted out the bedroom light switch, and I couldn't turn the lights off or use the fan/outlets. The owner communicated with me and apologized for the inconvenience, but a maintenance man never came to check on anything. When we were ready to go to bed, we had to flip the breaker to get the lights to go off. Other than that, the condo was great and just what we needed for an extra night of vacation.

Wonderful condo

We had a great time and the condo was amazing. Super close to the beach and pool! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is changing out the shower curtain (water tended to leak) and maybe the shower head but none of that is super important! We would definitely book again

Cute beach stay no elevators

Easy check in process. Made it to our building and realized no elevators. I wouldnt have booked having known that, but the room was decent. Not the cleanest..some dishes were dirty in the cabinets we didnt have a clean sponge to clean them with, but other than that its a decent place to stay.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was just as described and had everything we needed, plus more! Property Management was prompt with responses to my questions. Upgraded finishes and pleasant decor. Big screen tv in living room was great for movie night after a long day at the beach. Master bed is extremely comfortable as well as the pull out sofa. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Resort restaurants were great prices and tasteful - they will even deliver the food to your room. Will definitely stay here again!

Great ocean view from deck.

Couch was either old or poor quality. Very uncomfortable to sit/lay. Chair was uncomfortable to sit/relax. Dining table was a joke. Table in living room very unstable. Tub painted...No vent in bathroom which means your sweating after shower.

Gullah weekend

I came for a one day event which was wonderful.The condo was nice and I would stay again if the balcony door lock is repaired. The oven was filthy and when I took the trash out the trash can had food scraps in it. The bed was very comfortable. Kelly responded to my text messages in a timely manner most anyway. I didn’t know how to turn the heat on it got very cold.
