The building where this apartment is located is set back in a very quiet spot on Strandstraße, a pedestrian zone, right in the heart of Westerland. The parking space behind the building can be rented for an additional fee. Access is via Strandstraße (with a special permit) from Maybachstraße (between Hotel Stadt Hamburg and the Sparkasse). To leave the property, drive along Strandstraße toward the beach until you reach the Commerzbank, then turn right onto Bohmhoffstraße.
All rooms are located on the first floor. The small, very secluded terrace has the feel of a courtyard.

The modernly furnished apartment features designer flooring. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The living room features a spacious sofa area and a dining area in front of the patio door. Two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200) face the quiet inner courtyard, where the parking space is also located. One of these bedrooms has its own shower room, and a second shower room is accessible from the hallway.
The living room features a CD stereo system and a TV; a second TV is located in one of the bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
