The Grayton Dream house was perfect for the entire family and our grandchildren. The location was excellent with stunning views of the beach and gulf from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. The house was immaculate and had every single amenity we could ask for and space for everyone.The management company was excellent to work with and very responsive to our questions. We will definitely use Royal Destinations again and hope we can stay in the Grayton Dream again in the future. It was definitely one of our best experiences in our nearly 20 year history with trips to 30A. Our family cherishes these memories and this house made them that more special!

Incredible view location great for restaurants with no driving

Very good property management and responsiveness when needed. Some water damage on floor on main floor by back door but minimal repair needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and wonderful views. I would definitely stay again if the price was still good. Some locals and visitors will try and use the parking and are not scared of the towing signs. Luckily we didn't have 6 cars there all the time and could work around it.

We surprised our team with this beautiful home overlooking Grayton Beach. It was perfect! Customers service and communication was top tier. The home was perfectly described and everything we expected. The proximity to shops, restaurants like The Red Bar and Chiringo made it even more perfect! *Cant help but recommend some throw blankets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, very clean, very well stocked and so much room for everyone. Royal Destinations was very responsive and helpful when we needed them. The location is so convenient. The only small negative would be that it is right next to where the vehicles drive onto the beach but that really wasn't a problem. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Plus the alarm on the front door was falling off. The front door was very difficult to open.

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is amazing. Being able to watch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening from your porch is incredible. The location of the house is perfect and the house is actually more breath taking than the photos show (if thats possible). We had a couple of issues but as soon as I reported them Royal Destinations came immediately to fix the problems. Overall this house was perfect for our family’s pre-Christmas celebration. Plenty of room to spread out and the king size beds were definitely a bonus for everyone. We had a wonderful stay.

Double check the name on the contract, what you book on line may not be what you get. Was suppose to have a house for 20 with a pool, got a house for 14 no pool. Same name...what are the chances. Hawks nest on the beach is perfect location in Grayton.
