We loved that the property was quite spacious. We were there for the Ironman race and location was ok, abiut a mile from the swim start. Having a/c and pool were good. The property also had beach equipment which we appreciated.

Great place to stay ! Everything was as expected, easy check in, garage parking next to elevator. Condo well stocked with essentials and great location for restaurants and entertaining within walking !

Everything is extremely expensive. We were here for 6 weeks, pool was closed for maintenance for 2 plus weeks.

We understand how frustrating the pool closure must have been, especially during a longer stay, and we’re sorry for that inconvenience. Unfortunately, some maintenance issues are outside of our control, but we do understand the impact it can have on your experience. The condo is in a great location, close the restaurants, shops, and the beaches close to town. We visited 7 beaches on the island and the best ones we drove to (not that far). The Condo itself is in great condition and was great for the 4 of us (2 couples) staying there. The deck and the view was surperb and enjoying a wine watching the sun set is awesome. Highly recommend!

Awesome Vacation

We loved our stay in this unit. It had everything we needed, was just the right size, clean, and close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here any time we come to Big Island.

Perfect Home Away from Home

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, beach chairs, etc. It’s in a great location to walk into town and the lanai is a great spot with a view to rest between excursions.

Perfect location

We had the condo for five days and it was perfect. Roomy, very clean, within walking distance of any type of restaurant you could think of and plenty of shopping. Each king bedroom had its own en suite bath plus a third bath for if you had guests. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location!

This condo is well located and an easy walk to Kailua - Kona village. The condo is not only well located, but was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Better yet, the management company is more than helpful and always readily available.

Amazing place to stay

We had a great trip! Downtown is within walking distance and there is a great view of the ocean from the lanai! Unfortunately our flight was delayed and the property manager was quick to accommodate us! 10/10 recommend.

Perfect Location

Easy walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect. Roomy, clean and great amenities. The lanai box had 2 sets of snorkeling equipment, 4 chairs, noodles, inflatables, cooler bag, boogie boards. Very much appreciated.
