A must see beautiful home! Enjoy your home away from home in this beautiful, remodeled 3 bedroom unit with large backyard and private on-site parking. Tons of natural lighting and 2 work stations for business or remote workers.
The unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a duplex. To get to the main living area (kitchen, living, dining room, office, master bedroom 1 & bedroom 2, full bathroom) a flight of steps is required. To get to the loft (bedroom 3 & half bath) an additional flight of stairs is required. Please ensure you consider this if you have any mobility issues.
Unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Furnished with cookware and kitchenware to help guest save money by cooking their own meals.
Master bath on main level with ½ bath on the third floor in the loft. Great location near I-75, I-71 and walking distance to the world famous Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. Centrally located near 8 medical facilities and Universities.
On route of public transportation and less than 20 minutes’ drive from CVG Airport, Covington, Florence, Hebron, Kentucky.

The home is a newly renovated historic duplex located 1-7 miles of 6 area hospitals. Our goal is that guest will feel welcomed, safe, comfortable and at home after long hours of work or in town for a special occasion. Perfect space for professional travelers who are looking for an alternative to a hotel or those who have newly relocated too Cincinnati and are looking for temporary housing.
