Fire up the private BBQ for family cookouts and set up the cornhole for some friendly competition while the grill sizzles. When it's time to eat, there's custom bar style seating for six on the deck. Enjoy afternoon cocktails at the seating area and keep the good times going into the evening with string lights and an outdoor fireplace. A handy outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse-off the sand and saltwater after days at the beach.

The bright, inviting interior features a two-story layout with home essentials including central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer combo. Highlighted by playful checkerboard tile floors and custom cabinet accents, the full kitchen comes ready for home cooking with major appliances, cookware, and utensils equipped for convenient meal prep. Enjoy meals together at the eat-in dining table set for six.
