Welcome to Canne's apartment! Located inside a resort-type Complex in the Southside area, this big apartment has 2 Master Bedrooms, both with King Beds and big closets. Very comfortable space with a beautiful Balcony view. The place is a block away from I295 Highway and close to the Mayo Clinic and beaches. Short distance to Gas, Publix, Restaurants, Financials, Top Golf, Downtown, Stadiums, and more. Everything is 25 min or less. ¡Hablamos Español!
This is a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building with king-size Beds. Stairs may be climb. Two Bathrooms with Warm and Cold Water. The master Bed has a shower and Bathtub included. 3 people can take a bath at the same time! You can use the full kitchen with all the Supplies needed to cook and dinner. The washer and dryer are inside the apartment for your use. You will love the sunrises on our screened balcony. Such a beautiful view.
This community is in a friendly location ideal for walking around, biking, and running. There is a park close to the complex with an incredible sunset view. You can even walk from the propertyto go to restaurants and shops. You will have access to the apartment plus the amenities of the community:
- Pool -Gym -Tennis Court -Game Room -Barbecue Grills -Car Vacuum -Food Trucks -And more!
The apartment is located in the Southside area close to Beltway I295. One of the best locations in Jacksonville. Shopping areas are close. Everything you need to do in Jacksonville is less than 25 minutes from here.

Great value

Convenient location. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Check in easy!! Would have like a cookie sheet or baking dish but overall kitchen well stocked.

Perfect for 2 couples.

The location and set up was perfect for us. The negatives for us were there was mold in the bottom of the shower and the faucet and stopper weren’t hooked up to work. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a towel bar. It was broken off the wall with a screw on one side and the bar holder on the other.

Great location and host

This property was everything we needed! It is close to restaurants, stores, shopping, and close enough to the beach. It is located in a beautiful, quiet community. Lastly, the host was readily available to answer any questions or concerns.

Great stay

We were in town for a few days attending visiting family. The location was convenient from the airport and had a ton of restaurants and shopping near by. We had dinner at the Thai restaurant across the street and it was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Good stay

Needed a place for one night for Players Championship. Worked out great. Easy to get to and back to the golf course. Plenty of room. Nice place.

Good location, easy access to 295. Parking not convenient, great beds, spacious. Very quiet and good gym. Could really use non stick cookware and dishtowels.

Based on prior reviews, I emailed this host in March to ask about cookie sheets and dish towel availability prior to reserving. I was told that both items had been added to the property. They failed, no cookie sheets to be had and just one dish towel. I immediately contacted the host RE: cookie sheets and was told that they would correct immediately, they failed, cookie sheets weren't delivered at all during our stay.Noisy neighbors upstairs as well. Host suggested that we should go and knock on their door(at 11pm) as it's literally in their property protocol NOT to take issues to the actual Apartment Complex management. I knew better and sought out assistance from the Complex manager the next morning. She thanked me for NOT knocking on the neighbor's door and apologized stating that she would address the issue, and she DID.I will not recommend this property to anyone because Customer Service matters and this Host FAILED.

Substituted property

We did not stay in the Cannes Apartment because it was no longer available. We stayed at the townhouse in Wolf Creek. The site was relatively clean. We were subjected to multiple ants and palmetto bugs. The sofa was not used because it was so old and uncomfortable. We never watched the undersized tv. The beds were exceptionally low. Great for kids, I guess but not adults. The neighborhood was super quiet and the location was perfect. With a few updates, this could be a great place.

Misleading Listing

The management company (CO) [don't think it was an individual] was very responsive. The unit was dated and a bit dreary, but a very nice size, with a good view of the pond. I had emailed the CO and informed them I was there for surgery and recuperation until my postop. They never stated that it was an upstairs unit with NO elevator. they pointed out later a statement in the fine print that said "there may be stairs" - WTH is that supposed to mean? We had to get a hotel room because I could not make it up stairs. I asked for just a partial refund since we were only there one night, even a "gesture" refund - silence. If I were a host under these circumstances, I would refund some of the money just for good karma if for no other reason, especially since I informed prior to stay the reason I was there.

Nice condo

The property was nice and spacious. Comfortable beds. The towel bar was missing in one bathroom but once we told the manager it was promptly taken care of. One thing to note - there is no cable. It’s smart TV so you can stream anything but regular network TV wasn’t an option. We got there the first weekend of March Madness and husband wasn’t happy! Had to buy YouTube TV trial pass. Secondly the pool was under repair the whole 2.5 weeks we were there. We booked it confirming the pool would be open. Disappointing. Not the owners fault but no offer on options to fix this. Would stay aging if we knew the pool was really open.

We had a nice relaxing time. We loved our time at the pool, and the short drive to the beach and shopping.
