done in Pottery Barn design furnishings.
Quiet and private location within the
complex. New appliances, furniture,
washer/dryer, bathroom with new tile
shower. This unit is an immaculate upstairs
one bedroom, one bath condo with a full
kitchen including all major appliances. The
living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flat
screen TV above a cozy fireplace, and opens
to a front balcony with outdoor seating. The
bedroom has a king size luxury bed, desk, TV

Tennis Paradise

What a Great location to access the Indian Wells Tennis Complex. Coming from the South is so much easier to get there than any other location. Quiet location, everything as advertised.

GREAT Coachella location

This is a cute, little, quiet place to stay for Coachella. The shuttle stop was really close & Old Towne center has lots of options. We had a few questions throughout the stay & Katharine was very responsive.

Quick getaway

This was a quick little much needed getaway for my wife and me. It was a good size for 2 people. It was very clean. The area was close to all that we needed but yet far enough to make it nice and peaceful.

Good location - close to grocery store, restaurants, pathways etc. Property is clean and quiet. If you are going to be using the "pull-out" bed, note that it is on the floor, not a traditional pull-out.

Outstanding Location, Quiet and Clean

The location of this property couldn't be better. Plenty of parking and pool options. The property was very clean and provided more than enough basic supplies for changing garbage, towels, extra linens, etc. The owner was prompt in communication and very accommodating in my request to add a night.

Great location

Overall the apartment itself was good. Unfortunately when dishwasher broke we were only offered paper plates as a fix, and when the waste disposal leaked the owner wanted to send work men in during 9-11 (while we would be packing up to leave by 11).

I’m sorry the dishwasher broke during your stay. Sometimes things happen beyond our control. I had plenty of disposable dishware options but you chose to hand wash everything. As soon as I was informed about the leak I tried to schedule the appointment for it to be looked at as quickly as possible, unfortunately the time slot they provided was the only available that day and I cancelled it immediately once you said it wasn’t convenient for you. This all happened the week of Christmas and getting repairs completed through my warranty company was challenging.

Great stay - 2 weeks.

The unit itself was very clean. The location of the unit is in a very quiet area. Pool and hot tub close to this unit were clean and warm. The area itself is safe and is within walking distance to Old Town La Quinta. Great restaurants to walk to. The manager Katharine was wonderful. We will definitely return to this area and would recommend renting this place.

Beautiful unit - highly recommend!

My husband, son, and I traveled to La Quinta for a college golf tournament. We had stayed in this complex in different units close to a dozen times before but this unit in particular surpassed all the others. It was very clean. The interior was decorated in a fun, homey, comfortable way. Communication with the property manager was easy and responses were returned quickly. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Lovely La Quinta Condo

Speaking on behalf of my wife and myself, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta VRBO over the Christmas holiday. The weather was spectacular (if you were involved with making that happen, we appreciate your meteorological influence.) The condo was nicely furnished. Easy to access. Nice pool area. Great shower. Great, with a few nits to pick

Nice condominium, comfortable and conveniently near restaurants, services, etc. WiFi was strong / fast, but unfortunately the Internet it connected to kept cutting out (probably not property's fault). Note: 1) It is not simple to find the right condo. Get directions to find the right door after you get to the right address! 2) Good: There's coffee! Bad: It might have been there awhile. The machine to brew it takes Keurig cups. 8^)

Very nice, clean and quiet. Great bed, slept soundly. Visited family so my wife and I did not get to use the full amenities (pool, spa and all streaming channels). Host was very quick in response to any questions I had. Thank you Katharine. 2 minor disappointments on my part...there is a Keurig but I forgot to provide my own k-cups and unit is upstairs. I should have asked for a 1st floor unit (stairs hard on my knees). Stores were nearby so I went and bought some K-cups. This was our first VRBO and was very pleased with this one. Highly recommend it.
