Westwinds er den bedste bygning på Sandestin Beachfront, poolområdet og fitnesscenter er langt det bedste fra enhver bygning. Mens alle enheder er individuelt ejet og administreret, kan de fælles faciliteter i lejlighedsbygningerne virkelig gøre en forskel. Ved at være en sand golffront ejerlejlighed i Sandestin, er der ingen venter p���� sporvognen eller jagt efter en parkeringsplads for at komme til stranden, bare ride ned i elevatoren og gå et par skridt. Når du har været på Westwinds, vil du ikke ønsker at bo andre steder i Sandestin. Denne to-værelses ejerlejlighed er for nylig blevet renoveret, og ejerne har virkelig stolt deres ferie hjemme. Denne 7. etage enhed har to konge senge og en sovesofa i stuen og sover i alt 6 komfortabelt.
På 7. sal har du en vidunderlig sydvestlig udsigt over stranden og Mexicogolfen. Der er intet som at nyde eftermiddagssolen eller et af de spektakulære efterårs- eller forårssolnedgange ud over Mexicogolfen.
Badeværelserne er blevet ombygget med nye forfængelighed, granit og brusebad omgiver. Køkkenet har nye granit og rustfrit apparater. Møblerne er næsten helt udskiftet i år, og der er en ny stor høj effektivitets vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden. Uanset om du kommer ned til Sandestin for en strandferie, et møde eller en konference eller en af de mange festivaler i landsbyen Baytowne Wharf eller langs den sceniske 30a korridor, på vores Westwinds condos får du det bedste, stranden har at tilbyde og alt det Sandestin giver, uden at betale de høje Sandestin priser.

I løbet af foråret og sommeren lejer vi kun lørdag til lørdag. Email for at anmode om undtagelse.

The Blue Moose was absolutely fantastic. It was just as advertised. Very clean and a perfect location for exploring Bryson City, Cherokee, and the Smokey mountains. There is nothing I would change, and would rent this property again in the future.

Great view

We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The pool and hot tub were clean, but the pool was chilly. We would stay here again.

Just finished our trip with 4 small children, my husband and myself. We really enjoyed our time on vacation and this rental is the primary reason why! We were able to do some cooking to save money on food and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was very clean with hot water and awesome water pressure. Pillows were nice and beds were a little creaky but very soft. Lots of space to spread out and an incredible view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the gorgeous views. The heated pool was broken for the first couple of days of our trip and slightly chilly but once they fixed it the pool was so warm it was incredible. The palm trees surrounding the pool with a view of the ocean when you’re walking past the fountains was just amazing. Great hot tub a super warm kiddie pool. Felt like a total tropical vacation despite it being March. Easy access to the beach with no steps which is unusual for the Destin area! Loved the covered and well lit, safe, parking garage. There are a lot of entrance codes to all of the gates but once you save and get the hang of it it’s no trouble at all! We will be back!

Beautiful and clean condo

Our stay was fabulous! The condo has been updated and is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fully stocked with any item you’d need to prepare meals once groceries are purchased. It felt very clean, the beds are tremendous, and the third, half bathroom is very nice. You’ll love it!

Awesome Beach Vacation

We traveled to Sandestin at least 2 times a year for the last 10 years and I will say this was the best check-in process and communication I had with an owner. We were able to check-in at 1 PM which gave us plenty of time to enjoy a FULL first day. The condo was very clean and had some of the best and durable appliances (Kitchen-Aid). Check-Out process was simple and easy plus communication with the owner was prompt.

Great place to stay!

Wife should be doing this reveiw as she was in (in her words) Heaven. Condo was great (sliding screen doors need a little lubrication), beach was great, weather was great. Loud crew next to us in party house but when you closed the door you couldn't hear a thing! Waitress on the beach was a nice touch. We'll be back!

Perfect choice

We loved this condo. The kitchen was so well equipped and the appliances were all top notch. Even 2 types of coffeemakers. The bathroom had a lot of special touches and plenty of towels, etc. The location of the Bo do being around the corner from the elevator made our walk as short as possible. The condo complex was perfectly located and the beach in this area was not overly crowded. 5 stars for this one! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

This home is exactly as shown in the photos. It has an amazing view of the gulf. The kitchen is well stocked too. When we arrived, a few lights were not working and a fan was not working. We tried changing the bulbs to no avail. The management company sent someone out immediately to fix the problems. They were not fixed properly on the first go-round, but they came back and fixed them again. The only other issue (that is not really "broken") is that the bed in the master squeaks when you get in and out of it, which is annoying. Because we had other issues, I did not report that one at the time. We are frequent visitors to the Westwinds and it never disappoints - the pools and the beach are exquisite!

Hi Monica, I am glad you had a good time. Sorry the fan wasn't working properly, often those are just burnt out light bulbs but in this case we needed to replace the whole fan because the light kit went bad. Hope to see you again!

Amazing!

The actual unit is amazing!!! Highly recommend! The only issue was with the various door codes. The rental agency gave us the wrong gate code at check in so it took a while to access the property. The biggest issue was that the rental company changed our door code at 9am rather than 10am at the time of checkout on Saturday morning. So, we got stranded out of the unit as we were working to pack the car. It took 45 minutes to get in touch with the company for them to reissue another unit door code so we could get in to get the rest of our stuff for departure. Because we had an issue both at check in and at check out I am bringing this up in the review. The check out delay was especially frustrating. There is no need to door codes to expire like that.As for the actual stay- could not be happier. It's a perfect location and condo. Had a great week!

Great stay!

We enjoyed the easy check in and check out process. The property was very clean and we loved the beach access, and pool. On site staff was very kind and helpful. Communication with the owner and management was always pleasant and quick to respond. We’ll definitely be back.

Outstanding Week

I absolutely recommend Marcella Phelps to help you book a condo that will exceed all expectations. We had the nicest condo, very clean, very nice appliances, gorgeous views of the gulf, beautiful landscaping...all just a couple of minutes walk away from crystal clear water and beautiful white sand. First time staying at the Sandestin Beach and Golf club...won't be the last.

Please check my feedback on all of my properties. I know you will have a hassle free vacation by renting through me. We have a numeric lock on the door, so there is no check in. You can go straight to the condo and we do not have any hidden fees.

This 7th floor condo has great views. Updated condo with tv in kitchen. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath floorplan has a King, King and a sleeper.
