The 1911 Tasting Room & Tavern offers food prepared by their chef, and the 1911 Distillery uses state-of-the-art equipment to produce small-batch spirits. The campus also has an orchard with around 300,000 apple trees. (30 min)
- Quarry ridge family-owned winery, perched on Cayuga Lake’s eastern shore atop a limestone quarry, grows single-clone Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and Riesling.
