Highlights include a well-appointed kitchen, private patio, and luxurious all-suite layout. Stroll to world-class eateries, galleries, and entertainment venues, then return home to enjoy the warm ambience of your charming wood-burning fireplace.


LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, detailed with a sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up delicious dishes in the full kitchen, configured with gleaming granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Enjoy appetizers at the kitchen bar for two, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the dining table for four.

BED & BATH

This single-story condo sleeps six guests between two suites and a queen sofa bed in the living area.

Both suites boast a plush king bed and 43” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the en-suite guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

Zona Rosa is ideal place to stay for family reunion. Each family group had beautiful individual unit and intermixing among families was easy and fun via inner courtyard. Easy walk to Plaza and other historic locations. Car parking was limited but worked out OK for us. A bit pricey but understand this is Santa Fe with so many wonderful places close by and during the height of the summer season.

We enjoyed the unit very much. It gave two friends a comfortable stay with individual privacy. It was walking distance to the Railyard and the plaza. Quiet and easy to get to. This is our second stay.

Larger than expected and well equipped. Fantastic location within walking distance to the Plaza, Railyard & Canyon Road. We loved relaxing on the patio after a day of exploring. We’d definitely stay here again.

Condo was close to downtown and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We did experience loud neighbors at 1am the first night, shut the windows and used the ac the rest of the visit.

Sante Fe is definitely an adult spot. Lots of shops and good restaurants., particularly New Mexican. History is interesting as well although this was impacted by the Federal govt. shutdown . We missed not being able to see Bandelier. You could do this trip in 5 days although we stayed 7. The condo was i n an excellent location and met all our needs.

Overall it was a good experience. The condo was clean, however the exterior patio was quite dirty. We had to sweep dirt and gravel away so we didn’t track into to condo. Rooms and especially the patio is smaller than photos show. If you book this condo, know you only have 1 parking spot. This was not explained until after we booked with deposit. We were 2 couples coming from 2 different states so we had 2 vehicles. We had to park the 2nd car several blocks away with an additional cost of 60. So keep that in mind when booking this condo and costsIt is located a couple of blocks from the plaza. Great walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Overall the condo had comfortable furniture but is in need of maintenance. Leaking shower heads, faucets.
