🪑- Backyard: Large back yard with a deck and off the master suite with seating as well as a fire pit for those cool nights.

🚪- Covered parking. Porch entry way with two steps. No ramp access. ♿

🔐 Code provided at check in for easy access. A unique code will be provided for your reservation to access the keypad or lockbox for the duration of your stay.

The home is located on a dead end street adjacent to the ThorntonPark neighborhood. The 408 highway is just off to the end of the road for easy access to connecting your group with beaches, theme parks and more.

- Bus stop: 1.5 minutes walking distance
- Scooter/E-bike rideshare is available in all of downtown through Lime, lyft, Bird and other vendors
- On site parking is a single driveway for up to 2 vehicles
- Located on a quiet dead end street close to all major highways

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood - No parties or gatherings permitted.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

❌ Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the commodes.

The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

🤫 😴- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

❌- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. Do not smoke, vape or use any other `smoking` substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can`t help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes.

🐶😺 Pets - 2 pet maximum. Pets may be no more than 25lbs each. Make sure to include your pets in the reservation headcount.

No Pets or Animals over 25lbs - ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest)

❌- No events or parties

⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.

✔️-no unregistered guests on premise.

⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine

📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue

🅿️ Parking for 3 vehicles. Two in driveway and one in carport. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING on the front lawn.

📅 - For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required).

🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
