Perfect getaway located on Bailey Prong- off of Ingram Bay and minutes from Chesapeake Bay. A quiet and peaceful place for an enjoyable and relaxed vacation.

This two-level home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. First level sleeps 8, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, separate dining room, family room, and a large living room. The second level has a huge bonus/recreation room, one bedroom with 5 beds, and a full bath. Views of the water on both levels. Great home for large families and entertaining.

This bay home was designed to enjoy the views and outdoors. Step out into the screened porch to enjoy the landscaped yard and views across the water. Take a dip in the private saltwater pool or relax on the sundeck.

Guests will have access to the private deepwater dock with kayak platform. Kayaks, canoe, and paddle board are included for guests to enjoy.

Beautiful home. Beautiful location! Our family had a nice relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. It rained half the time we were there so we played games and baked. Home was spacious and roomy. We had a photographer come and take family photos. Would highly recommend renting Luna Bay!

Perfect place for our vacation. The pool was great, didn’t need the heater at all. Plenty of optional shade when needed. Luna Bay is convenient to everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back.

The property and view was amazing! Outside pool area provided generous seating options with large table for outdoor dining. Poolside screened lanai was perfect and comfortable for morning and evening gathering with gorgeous view of the water. Our children absolutely loved the upstairs sleeping arrangements, as well as the large screen TV and game area. All beds were comfortable and met/exceeded everyone’s expectations. The kitchen was perfect for meal preparations for the 12 of us; plenty of space for working, serving and gathering. The dining room and living room both provided lots of space for family games, puzzles, and crafts. We all had an absolute ball and would love to come back!

Family Vacation /Getaway

Property meets or exceeds the descriptions. Great pool, great dock, great layout. The kids had their own hangout upstairs, the adults had everything we needed downstairs, and the host couldn't have been nicer or more responsive to our questions.

Great Family Retreat

Wonderful home with very well equipped kitchen for family meals. Room to spread out and lots of games and plenty of tvs for those who wanted to watch their favorite shows or in our case, the Olympics. Very close to Kilmarnock and other Northern Neck locations to shop for food or browse shops. Host very responsive and helpful.

Luna Bay Is Perfection

End of summer family vacation

This home is perfect for families, plenty of boat and water activities. The rooms were open and welcoming. Well stocked, and could always find last minute needed items. Cannot wait to come back to this home.

Family vacation

Had a very nice week at Luna Bay. Between the pool and the upstairs, i barely saw my grandkids! House is clean, very well stocked and large enough for everyone to have their own space. The view's are all very peaceful and relaxing. The welcome gift was an added bonus, nice touch. Owner readily available. Hated to come home to reality!

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing!

Our stay at Luna Bay was fantastic! It was peaceful, the weather was good and the surrounding towns were just beautiful. Luna Bay itself was actually larger than we expected and was beautifully decorated. The amenities provided were helpful and there wasn’t an appliance or kitchen gadget that we missed thanks to the stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room both inside and out, to sit and relax, either by your self or other members of our family. We loved crabbing off the dock - sadly no crabs for us - and doing a little fishing. There were some sea nettles (but that’s to be expected this time of year) so no jumping off the paddle boards. The pool was great and had plenty of seating and lounges. Over all it was a great vacation and we would love to come back!

Northern Neck Paradise

Our family of 10 had a wonderful, relaxing vacation week at Luna Bay. The house is even better than described and there was plenty of space to gather and spread out when we wanted. The views are picture perfect from inside and outside of the house. We have stayed in many VRBO rental homes and I really appreciated the little touches that were provided to make our stay more comfortable such as a lovely welcome basket, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper as well as towels and soap for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The upstairs kids space was a big hit with our grandkids ages 7, 6, 4 and 2. The kayaks and canoe were a fun addition and the fire pit was a favorite spot for us all to hang out in the evenings. A pool heater was installed during our stay and was much appreciated and made swimming in the beautiful shaded pool much more enjoyable for those of us in the group that were thin-skinned! The property owner was always quick to reply to all of my questions. We would definitely stay again!

AMAZING BAY HOUSE! Will be back!

We had a perfect time at this spacious and beautiful bay house. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds, lots of storage space, and a kitchen that has everything you need. The top floor kid’s den made a nice hangout space for the kids while the adults were in the main entertaining areas. The kids' room has thoughtful touches including a mini kitchen and really cool built in beds (three) plus bunk beds! Our kids loved this space! The master bedroom and bath are simply beautiful. The back of the house overlooking the bay is a dream. But the real star of the house are the two beautiful porches (one screened in) overlooking the bay with ample dining and lounging space. We spent the majority of our time there. The in-ground saltwater pool on the lower level was a perfect place to relax. Lots of lovely shade to beat the heat! The rental company responded right away when we had questions about the internet which was very strong and reliable. A beautiful house with unbelievable views in a perfect location.
