My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The guest house is immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfection. A wonderful view, peaceful, and perfectly situated to exlore any of the lakes. I would definitely stay here again.

Four of us stayed at the guest cottage at Olver Farms 9/24-9/27. The property is stunning and well-kept and the cottage was nicely decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for activities we had planned, offering easy access. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped. There is no bathroom on the main floor which was a bit of a problem for me as I am nursing a bad knee, but that's on me for not checking in advance. All in all, it was a great place for our annual Fall Finger Lakes getaway! Thank you for a great stay!

Stunning property with lake access and view, comfortable bedding, plenty of space and a peaceful, private beach with firepit. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay. The owners live onsite and led us borrow some board games. Perfect blend of countryside and comfort. We will be back and thank our hosts for making our stay so wonderful!

Perfect vacation home

We stayed with another couple and the rental home was a perfect size. The grounds are beautiful and the owners are extremely friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay! Met the owners and they were very nice to chat with. My daughter in her Kayak nearly caught brown trout that was around 30". Unfortunately it broke her line as she tried to get it in the Kayak. Varick is the prettiest location along Cayuga Lake. As an older guy with some serios medical issues it would have been nice to a bath/toilet on the first floor as it was difficult to climb the stairs to get to the two full beautiful bathrooms upstairs.

This is a wonderful home - clean, spacious, well designed, and very comfortable. And it's set on a stunning piece of property including lakefront access! We'll definitely be back!

Peaceful

This was a lovely place to stay. Comfortable, quiet, with beautiful grounds. Views of the lake, several places to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Girls Getaway

The property was beautiful and we loved the location. We had a chance to meet the owners, and they were wonderful! We really liked the close proximity to many wineries, good food and other attractions 😊 We would definitely revisit here again!!

Wonderful lake life escape!

The layout of the property is perfect for two couples who want to be close to the water and have access to the heart of the Cayuga & Seneca wine trails. Our hosts were extremely kind and we hope to stay again!

Bass Tournament

Absolutely fantastic everyone loved the accommodations, the property is beautiful, we cannot say enough. The owners are wonderful and really pay attention to details to make your stay comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again at the Oliver Farm property.

Long Weekend on Wine Trail

This brand new cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated; a great starting point for visiting family in Auburn and the Cayuga wineries. Bedrooms are very roomy and really like the en suite bathrooms.

Great place

Centrally on Cayuga Lake near lots of wineries, cideries, and creameries. Loved the closeness to the lake and outside sitting area. Clean and well kept. Kitchen well stocked. Quiet and peaceful property.

Clean home, beautiful property

We enjoyed our late August stay in the Finger Lakes Region. The location was great for visiting Watkins Glen State Park, Ithaca, and Corning. The property is beautiful overlooking the lake. Lots of places to sit outside. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed.

Great Fall weekend

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend trip in the Finger Lakes. The guest house was perfect for our late fall trip. Very convenient to popular wineries and not to far to Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Geneva. The guest house was very clean and updated with all modern conveniences. The property was very quiet and we hope to make many more trips here in the future.

Peaceful and comfy

The cottage was extremely clean and well-maintained. No surprises! The property is easily walkable with a very pretty pond. You can see Lake Cayuga from the cottage. There is a small beachfront with a fire pit. Overall, relaxing and comfortable stay!

Too Tall

Very nice property and extremely clean and convenient. Had a wonderful time. Would have given the property 5 stars but I am 6'4" and i bumped my head on the upstairs slanted ceilings at least a dozen times.

Complete and total relaxation

Wonderful property! Completely updated and well appointed. Beautiful property (cherry trees, quiet meadow, grassy fields, yet right across the street from Cayuga Lake with private beach access). Owners are the friendliest, sweetest people and live on property, but across the street so never felt any intrusion. Attention paid to every detail inside and outside. Highly recommend this property.

Cool and comfy in the Finger Lakes

This home is clean and very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful grounds. Traffic on road is pretty risky for walking to wineries, at least for us ladies. Be aware that the attached house creates some noise. (T.V and talking). Overall we had a great time.

Don’t hesitate, book here now!

First of all, Lisa and Neil are amazing and extremely nice hosts! You go through their property manager to book, but they live near by and ensure there are no issues with your stay! The property is amazing! The guest house itself is spacious and uses the space so well. The rooms are big, bathrooms in each. The scenery on property is amazing enough, but then venture down to your private lake front area and experience peace and relaxation on beautiful Cayuga Lake! One other note, we lost power the first night due to weather and a whole house generator kicked on!! What a perk! The owners still stopped by to make sure we were good as they didn’t even have power in their own cottage! Don’t think about it, book now! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you again Lisa and Neil!
