Overlooking Cayuga Lake, this professionally designed Ovid townhome offers a comfortable base for wine tours, outdoor excursions, and group trips through the Finger Lakes. It is one of four townhomes on an 11-acre property with 800 feet of shared shoreline.

The open main floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining table for eight, additional island seating, a living room with a Smart TV, a half bathroom, and private laundry. Glass doors lead to a furnished balcony with lake views and a private patio with a fire pit, grill, and Adirondack chairs.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and furnished with queen beds, Smart TVs, and storage. Two overlook Cayuga Lake. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, while the second full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.

A seasonally maintained trail leads to the shared shoreline. Please note that the route is steep and winding, and the uphill return can be strenuous. No furniture, watercraft, or other amenities are provided at the water, so supportive footwear is recommended.

The view of the lake from the place was nice. The walk down to the lake is tough. It was centrally located. We were disappointed the balcony wasn’t bigger and nicer. It’s only for two people. Management company answers very quickly.

Nice Row Home

The inside of the place looks exactly like the pictures! Close to some wineries and nice restaurants which was a plus! Wish it was slightly closer to the lake but overall not a bad little walk down to the lake front.

Not worth the price. Should be listed as "modern" town home because I don't know what is luxury about it. The range was so dirty we didn't dare use it, even after cleaning it. The tub and showers had mildew in them. You could hear those in the neighboring town homes and the main road, which is is about 100ft away from. The listing said there was soap and shampoo, however there was none to be found! It was a regular disappointment. The property felt like a fast flip to rent with a woefully inadequate cleaning crew. On the plus side, the floor was clean.

We had a great time staying at the property. The pictures of the townhouse was exact. The place was very clean and well supplied and stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The view was nice but the lake is not easily accessible which was fine, we had plenty of other things to keep us busy!! Nicely located with a number of wineries almost within walking distance and only 25 minutes to larger cities both north and south of the location. The beds were very comfortable!! We did have a little trouble understanding the A/C unit but the management company and maintenance was very attentive and quick to respond. I think better instructions would do the trick!! We had a great time and would consider staying again if ever in the area in the future.

After rough start unit was as advertised.

Unit not ready at 4pm arrival time. After contacting Vibe, they moved quickly to have us in by 9:15. The unit was just as advertised, very nice. This could gave been 5 star rating if not for cleaning glich.
