this historic home has a lot of charm with the unique shape front porch cover, original windows and built-ins, plus mud room. We kept the character and vintage charm of the home, then renovated and upgraded it adding all new central AC and heat, gas fireplace, brand new kitchen, flooring etc etc, and even added a second bathroom to make a true master suite. the right amount of construction, landscaping, and decorating was done to welcome vacationers like you!

the three bedrooms all have brand new queen size beds with the most comfortable memory foam mattresses (really. we get asked ALL the time where we get the mattress from guests at our other rentals, so we added them here too. don't worry, we will tell you where you can buy one if you get back home and miss the comfortable sleep you had at our place ). each bedroom has a large flat screen smart tv ready to stream your favorite apps. we do NOT provide cable or satellite, but our wifi will allow you to log in to your own streaming services.

there are three separate sitting areas in the large living room, including a morrocan inspired lounge area in front of the fireplace, genuine leather club chairs that can face the fireplace or turn toward the game table for a round of checkers, and the classic couch/chairs/coffee table for conversation or watching a movie on the 75 inch smart tv

the kitchen is fully stocked with quality dishes, pots and pans, cooking and baking utensils etc. we included photos of what's in the drawers so you can see for yourself. yep, fully stocked! wine glasses and bottle openers are at the ready for those local winery finds. we also have an awesome outdoor propane grill as well as a propane griddle, great for eggs bacon and pancake breakfast out on the patio. We provide BBQ tools, aluminum baking pans and paper plates for your outdoor dining.

we have a coffee maker, French press, tea kettle. Since we have all those, we like to provide actual coffee, tea, sugars, and creamers too. in case you arrive late at night and no time to stop for supplies, no worries, your first morning here is covered with that pick-me-up cup!

there is an air mattress with linens, blanket, and extra pillows in case someone in your bedroom snores, or if you have a couple extra guests staying ($50 per person over the 6 stated please).

we are family friendly, providing a high chair and pack-n-play so you don't have to lug yours in the car. kid appropriate board games and non breakable dishes/cups are provided as well.

our lot is big, about 1 1/2 acres, so there is room for trailer/rv parking if you need it. no hook-ups, but "dry camping" okay at an additional $100 per night.
