Cute Camping Cabin in Custer - #16

This camper cabin is located in a campground. While staying here you have access to all of the facilities which include two shower houses, a game room, a laundry room, two small playgrounds, horseshoes, and a general store that sells beer and wine.

The cabin is a studio camping cabin. It has two Queen beds, a table and chairs, a microwave and a small refrigerator. There is also a propane grill on the porch.
Please note that bedding is not included and the bathroom is not inside the cabin.

Our stay in Custer was really great!!The cabin was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning that worked get! The shower house was only a few steps away and was neat and clean. The cabin was easy to find and nice and quiet! Would stay again. The host was kind, responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful cabin

Lovely stay in a nice cabin. It was perfect for our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to explore the area when we have more time!

Our stay was great! I would recommend booking with Jenn to anyone. The cabin was spotless, it had a decent sized mini fridge, microwave and glass table with 2 chairs. The beds were comfortable, and we were very close to the bathrooms which worked out perfect for us. This is a great stay for the value you pay.

We loved this cabin! It was very neat, clean and functional. Everything worked as it should. It was spacious and was conveniently located near the shower, bathroom and laundry facilities; which were also clean and accessible.Another thing we enjoyed about this property was that it was centrally located and near the attractions we planned to visit.

Peaceful stay

Everyone including staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin and restrooms were clean. While the restrooms were always had hot water. I would recommend this stay to everyone. The cabin was just a little ways out of Custard but easy to find. Quiet camp ground. April

This cabin was cute and had what we needed for my husband and I to stay here comfortably for a week. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a little fridge, a microwave, a grill on the porch, and a table inside. The air conditioner/heater was also very nice. The bathroom was just a short walk from the cabin and has a motion sensor light that comes on when you get close. The only thing that I would say is that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and there were plenty of spiders and other bugs in our cabin. The spiders never bothered us, thankfully. I understand that the bathroom can’t be cleaned after each use but there were spider webs along the walls and bathroom stalls and dead bugs here and there. It really wasn’t terrible for a campground bathroom though. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The game room was a little disappointing. The games were not taken care of and were missing pieces and very dusty. There was no pool sticks or balls to play with. You might’ve had to pay to play with the pool table. The table and chairs in the game room were pretty dirty as well. We did happen to find some intact games that we took back to our cabin to play. We really enjoyed the nice nights with the fire pit! And it was nice that the campground was close to the town and a few of the Memorials! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to those who love to go camping in the Black Hills!

The games and pool table are managed through an outdoor company and therefore we keep the pool sticks in the office. I apologize that no one explained that to you at check-in. The bugs and spiders are never welcome either, but we have so many trees here, that they seem to show up more than we would like. Again, thank you so much for coming and I hope to see you again.

Excellent cabin

This cabin provided the perfect mix of camping and amenities. The friendly staff made us geel welcome and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. We slept well in the beds provided and enjoyed the quiet. The grill, fridge and microwave also were nice for cooking!

Retro Camper

The property manager moved me to the Retro Camper so I could have better accomodations since I was cycling the Mickelson trail and had no bedding. Great staff, perfect location, quiet, a bicyclist's dream after a god day of riding.

My way to camp

Clean, comfortable, convenient, friendly and best of all quiet. All we had to do was arrive, and we had comfortable beds and air conditioning. This campground had every level of camping available and they were very helpful. They even deliver ice to you if you called the office! I have told many people already that they should stay here.

A wonderful getaway!

My family of four loved our time in this cabin! The cabin itself is very clean, the bathrooms are on the cleaner side of camp bathrooms (and certainly better than a pit toilet!). The beds are very comfy and cozy, and the cabin, overall, is very comfortable. It was wonderful for o have a spacious mini fridge and grill, so we didn’t have to eat out too much or keep everything on ice for four days. The location right off 16 is very convenient for enjoying all the tourism, but a little noisy, so pick what’s more important to you, convenience or seclusion. The staff is all lovely and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this campground to friends, and hope to return someday.

Great place to stay- well worth the price and close to many of the local attractions. We had trouble getting the valve open on our propane for our grill. Someone came and helped us within 15 minutes and switched out our propane, and it worked well after that. The bathrooms/ showers were very clean.
