Adorable and Clean Suite walk to Downtown Noblesville

This Studio is recently remodeled and is behind our main house with a private entrance.
We thoughtfully furnished this studio for you to make you feel home away from home. You have access to a free Laundry facility. You can also prepare food in a kitchenette in the apartment. you can also enjoy the fully fenced backyard. Downtown is close enough where you can walk. Where you can enjoy nice restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops and more. If you want to stay in and relax you have a comfortable queen size bed and clean beddings as well as 44 inch smart TV with Netflix where you can watch your favorite TV shows or movies. What are you waiting for. Book your stay at this place before the dates are all taken. Please park in the back carport by the garage. We don’t use the garage so it’s fine to park your vehicle in front of the garage door. Also note this is a back unit (guest house) there is another unit in the front of the building separated by the laundry room. Important Policy on Extensions, New Reservations & Cleaning Fees

If you wish to extend your stay, you must request an extension through the original reservation before checkout time, subject to platform availability.

If an extension is not possible and you choose to make a new reservation immediately after your current checkout, the following policy applies:
• Each reservation is treated as a separate booking.
• A cleaning fee is automatically charged for every new reservation.
• When the first reservation ends, our cleaning team will be scheduled and dispatched, regardless of whether the guest physically checks out or remains in the unit.
• Cleaning fees are non-refundable, even if:
• You remain in the unit continuously
• You decline or refuse cleaning service
• You make back-to-back or multiple consecutive reservations

This policy applies every time a new reservation is created, including last-minute bookings and repeated short extensions.

By creating a new reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:
• A cleaning fee will be charged
• Cleaning will be scheduled at the end of each reservation
• No cleaning fees will be refunded under any circumstances
